I am so grateful for this community of amazing supportive people. Love this gym and all these people. I was scared to try Crossfit but I am so glad I did! I have never felt better in body, I feel strong, and confident from the skills I have learned here.

This gym has been the most welcoming and kind, I had absolutely zero experience in going to the gym before I started here and now I feel confident in what I can do because every trainer teaches you and push’s you to do better. I highly recommend going here if you want to get strong and confident in your fitness journey.

I went to all the CrossFit type gyms in/around Vancouver and this one was the most welcoming of them all. I’m so glad that I joined this gym because the people here actually want to see you succeed in not only your fitness goals but in life as well. It’s so easy to come in and make friends at Epiphany. They also had a really nice deal when I first joined where I had 2 private classes where a coach taught me the lifting techniques and then they discounted my first 3 months of my membership to help me get started.At each class, the coach does examples of the movements/lifts to make sure everyone knows what is going to happen AND they watch everyone’s form ti make sure you aren’t going to hurt yourself. Having never been into weight lifting previously, this attention to form and technique really impressed me. I can’t afford to be injured.Thanks for being such a fun, hardworking bunch of coaches! You all are the best!

I’ve been going to Epiphany FIT for almost ten months and I can’t say enough about what a great group of people make up this community. The owner, Carrie, as well as all of the other coaches, create a very welcoming and approachable environment for people to push their limits while still accommodating those who need modifications. If you’re curious about CrossFit, or curious yet intimidated, this is THE gym for you.

Love love love this gym. The positive vibes of this gym is so contagious. All of the coaches are super helpful and encouraging. Only been there for a couple of months but love it so much!

I started crossfit just 5 months ago and I love it and I love this box. The trainers really care about your progress and are just genuine people. Everyone really encourages you. They scale things down for beginners and injuries. I recommend this box to just about everyone. I could not ask for a better experience!

Crossfit epiphany changed my life. I like every minute of each workout! What I love the most though is the community. The support you get from the coaches to the members, the kids and oh yes the dogs too.!!!! There is no better place

I wish I could give this box even more stars. I dropped in for a week while in the area and was met with nothing but welcoming arms. Any intimidation I had walking in immediately disappeared when I met the coaches and fellow crossfitters. Jesse is the nicest person you’ll ever meet! He and all of the coaches are very knowledgeable, they emphasize correct form, and they helped push me through some tough workouts! I dropped in as a newbie to their gym and felt as if I left as family. I will absolutely continue to drop in every time I visit!

Dropped in here a few times while on vacation. First of all, week long drop in rate was fantastic rather than paying by the day. More importantly, these people embody everything that CrossFit is supposed to be. I felt like I'd known these people for a long time. Great programming and great people.
