Cecilia at the Orchards Cricket store was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help us. She even stayed for more than a half hour after closing to help us set up our new phones. She was quick and proficient and very patient. Thanks from Cherri and Jay.

I switch from MetroPCS to cricket this past Friday I also got two new phones Motorola razr and so one of the phone was defective it keep turning off randomly so I thought it was brand new phone I deal with that next day thinking that it was just an outdated so the next day I updated and transfer all my data and restart the phone and surprise phone was doing exactly the same turn it off on its own so I went back and talk to the lady to see what we can do short story they didn't want to do an exchange and tell me that I have one year factory warranty straight with Motorola at that point I was so disappointed and stressed out because I needed my phone specially on the first day of work on Monday so I have a really bad day on Monday morning because not being able to use my phone and communicate with my boss around lunch time I decide to try it again and give them a call at this point I already try two different locations and they told me exactly the same bad thank God Katie the manager at Mill plain answer the phone and I explained her a little bit over the phone she told me right away without further explanation bring it to me and I will do an exchange I was in shock because that changed my whole day so I went back to the store and talk to her not only help me to do the exchange but she went above and beyond helping me to activate an old phone so I can keep working and let my wife to go to a different store and do the exchange so I can keep telling a lot of good things about Katie but that's one of the main reasons of my five stars for this particular store now I got a new phone back on track and thank God the Katie was here to the rescue
