Excellent care, I can't recommend highly enough! They got me right in when my own veterinary clinic could not. Don't hesitate to take your pet there, the pet care is great. The communication between the veterinarian and yourself is exceptional, as is the follow-up.

I so appreciate the staff and Dr. Tran for their help, concern, and compassion. We needed to see someone quickly, and they came through for us. It was a difficult situation and I am grateful. I highly recommend.

i came in with my puppy for fast breathing and panting when she sleeps, i went for an urgent care visit she lady didn’t do anything she told me the obvious that she is a puppy and just watch her and not to mention it was an expensive visit totally not worth it not coming back

Excellent care and compassion. My mini doodle was bite by a large dog. My vet was full and recommended Three Creeks urgent care. I scheduled an appointment online for late in afternoon. When they couldn’t get ahold of me by phone (Verizon outage) they emailed me and suggested I go to an emergency vet because they might need to refer me there anyway. I called them back and asked to be seen anyway because my pup is very anxious around other animals and I was worried a long ER wait would stress him out even more. They agreed to see my pup and treated him with so much care and tenderness. Dr Griffith explained his wound were more extensive than appeared and it was possible the skin may die if so he would need surgery, but for now we would use antibiotics and keep wound clean. The wounds looked bigger four days later. Do I brought my pup back. Dr Griffith again took great care of my pup and explained the wounds were healing well and it’s common to look worse at that stage of healing. I recommend Three Creeks if you need urgent vet care.

They were super helpful and caring with my cat who very much does not like getting in the car or going to the vet. I was able to get in and out efficiently without compromising on the care while our primary vet was out of town. Would definitely recommend for any minor concerns!

Great resource for pet emergencies. Woke up to a sick puppy and got him help here right away. It was a great experience.
Way better than Wellhaven in Hazel Dell. That place treats people like garbage.

I brought my pup in because he was scooting and smelly. My personal vet was unavailable for over a week so I made an appt with Three Creeks Urgent Care. They quoted me an initial emergency visit cost plus whatever my pup may need to fix up his anal glands if need be. Once I arrived they offered me the option of skipping the emergency fee and just inspecting/expressing his anal glands. This saved me more than half the original quoted price and it turns out my pup is just fine and no more scooting. The staff was wonderful and so helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you!

I read reviews on how wonderful and compassionate the business is. I was desperate to find out what was wrong with my 14yr old cat. As soon as I entered the door I was greeted with kindness. The Dr was amazing. She found the problem immediately and prescribed pain meds and antibiotics to hold me over till he gets in to see his vet. For emergency services and calming my nerves they hit it out of the park. If anyone needs an emergency please don't hesitate to go to Three Creeks Urgent Care. From beginning to end they get 5 stars. Thank you Three Creek Urgent Care!!?

I highly recommend Three Creeks. They are fast, helpful and professional.
My pet cat Bruce was able to quickly get X-rays that helped him get into emergency care faster.
They didn’t overcharge - they actually took an unnecessary charge off lowering the price by $300 and helped refer me to an emergency vet for surgery.
I’m very glad I went to them because the emergency center they referred me to was also wonderful and the images got me back immediately to get him the surgery he needed. This probably saved his life! The surgeon after even told me that the timing was perfect to prevent any serious damage.

I brought my pet here for an urgent visit and as soon as Dr. Griffith saw my pet he knew immediately that my dog had a MCT on his ear. He explained everything I needed to know and I was able to get my dog into his regular vet for an exam the next day and eventually surgery. I am thankful that Dr. Griffith knows his stuff and was able to point me in the right direction. The front desk staff are compassionate and efficient as well. They were kind enough to send me my dog’s medical records so I was able to bring them to my regular vet the next day. I would definitely come back here in the future if needed.

One of the smoothest visits to the vet I've ever had. I appreciated the friendly and down to earth staff. They communicated really well, answering all my questions. They got my cat in for an appointment quickly and there was no wait at the office. I so appreciated how they communicated options for treatment, along with a printed quote for each treatment beforehand so that I could make a choice that made sense for my budget. I wish all offices would do that! They also took Care Credit, which was amazing. I would choose this office again for any urgent needs.

Everyone was very kind and they got my dog in right away. Call before bringing them in to schedule an appointment- it's not really walk-in. Even on a Saturday they had a lot of availability for us. The pricing is very fair, just a little more than her annual exam fees at her primary vet, but much less than other urgent care pricing in the area. The doctor also was very upfront about pricing of the tests and medications before administering, which is appreciated. My dog has a major fear of the vets and everyone was very patient and gentle with her. I highly recommend this place for quick pet urgent care. -Shannon & Remi

I recently rescued an older dog and took her in to be seen for a general urgent care exam to get a baseline picture of her health and to receive help regarding her skin issues she'd been struggling with before she was brought into the shelter. The female doctor I saw was very thorough during her physical exam, as well as extremely gentle and patient with my nervous girl. She noticed things during her exam I initially didn't, which gave me the opportunity and choice to not only treat her skin issues I came in for, but also get a full work up and ask questions regarding the things I didn't. I appreciate her patience with my questions and concerns, and I feel that my new pup got the best care she could've. I will definitely be coming back if i have any urgent care needs and wouldn't hesitant to recommend them!
