We were super pleased with our experience here. Jason was fantastic. We had an issue using our points but Jason had it all sorted out and taken care of before we went down for the night. He really took good care of us! The hot tub was awesome and the rooms were clean. We will be back.

It's just another old AF building with remodeled room updated with modern amenities, owner doing barely the minimum to maintain brand standards required to keep franchise 2-star motel found in every city, town and junction throughout the country . . . The only change being the content of the local attraction pamphlets available next to the weakest excuse for breakfast imaginable nook off the main lobby

Very nice location! Short walk to the mall bus terminal to explore the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful with every request. Look for Jason on the night shift! He’s always got the best music playing and fun to chat with.

Best hotel staff I’ve encountered. Always friendly & courteous. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean. Highly recommend the hot tub!

The room was clean, and comfortable. I was going through some stuff personally the night I checked in and the morning I checked out. The Front desk manager Karina was amazing and so accommodating during my hard time. I've never been to a more welcoming hotel.

Jason, Taylor, Corina, Angel and Cody were super friendly at the front desk. Lucy and Naomi did a great job getting all the breakfast food organized and accessible. Rosa did a wonderful job turning down our rooms every day and providing for all of our needs. Wonderful experience! Can’t wait to come back to town to stay here again!

The inside is nicer than the outside. On arrival walked by a homeless man and his dog- about 30' feet from the door.I don't turn my head from the issues in our community and help evey chance I get- However my current circumstances - I sought a safe secure area. I ASSUMED (My bad) higher cost near the mall would be safer.I asked the gentlemen at the desk if it was safe to go out at night- one looked at me, like- Why would you want to-They other said police were just here yesterday to remove tranients/abandoned vehicles from their parking lot. You know....the fentanil ya know?One staff member advised me around 11 pm I should have been put in a different room because of my service dog. Willing to be closer to my vehicle- I agreed to move.Other than THAT- The hotel is clean- breakfast was good.The cost to benefit is way off to me- advised NO REFUNDS!My dog and I are safe & secure.

Husband and I stayed here about a week or so ago and we had encountered the front desk lady arguing with another gentleman the front desk lady said her name was Karina and that she apologizes for the disturbance the gentleman was continuing to fight with her over a bag of methamphetamine that was left in her room where the lady was staying which was in the hotel she was stating that he needed to leave because her manager lets her live here and he's going to ruin it for her from what my husband and I heard during this altercation is that there is drug use going on in one of these rooms and management is okay with drug use going on here and because of this altercation we witnessed my husband and I will never come back here again and do not recommend this hotel until new management is placed and re hire new employees an hopefully screen for drug use maybe then this business could successfully gain cliental

Room was nice and clean. No issues at check in or check out. Free breakfast was good even for during a snow storm.Only thing to complain about was that parking lot was not salted or dug out after the snow storm. So it was hard to get out of the lot.

I still stand behind this review from the past. This staff is what makes all the difference. From Mariam, the housekeeper, and all her crew to KARINA, the hotel manager, Taylor, the general manager, and the graveyard guys, Vee and Cody!The jetted tubs here are AMAZING! The front desk staff is great and responsive and helpful. This place has sure turned things around for the better...I stay between this location and the one downtown Vancouver every month... great job, you guys. Thanks for all your hard work it does not go unnoticedRooms: The rooms are newly remodeled and spacious.Safety: The staff does Property walks every hour, and they have cameras they monitor live to keep us all safe.Walkability: The Vancouver mall is just across the parking lot
