I brought my dog, Boo, in for a 2nd opinion & fell in love with the place. I saw Dr Davis & she was fantastic. She explained each step with me & didn't go on until I understood & didn't have any more questions then she would go on to the next part of exam. She was so thorough & kind that I am going to change vets even though it's a 3 hour drive. I plan on bringing any future pets here too. Thank you for your wonderful & kind handling of my fur baby.

DO NOT bring your pets, my dog suffered, they play with people's pain, I do not recommend them, they do not have trained people, and when you ask them for explanations, they say we are sorry, we are going to train our employees more

The office manager, Cody, is toxic and treats people with zero respect.
I started bringing my dog here about a year and a half before the pandemic and they were really great. But once the pandemic started, the customer service went down hill and continued to get worse as the years went on. Even though all businesses opened up a year to two after the beginning of the pandemic, this clinic remained closed and did not open their doors, because they decided to do a remodel during that time and continued to keep people from coming in with their pets. My dog started fearing the vet after he was neutered there and I was told to bring him in often to visit for pets and cookies. About 6 months later their doors were closed. When I asked them about his fear and bringing him by, they said no.
They never let you go in with your pet for almost 4 years. They never showed a camera of what was going on. And even though I was only taking my dog in a couple times a year, my dog kept being more and more fearful. The last time I took him, he didn’t want out of the car. I called customer service about the issues I was having, as well as an issue that occurred, because I was unable to communicate with the vet about my dog while he was being examined. I was told by customer service that I had to write an email to the office manager, Cody. I asked to talk to him and was told the only way to speak to him was via email. I asked if he would be forwarding on the info I gave him to Cody and was told no. This should have been a red flag, but I tried by sending an email.
Cody was dismissive, blaming and used coded language meant to demean me and was gaslighting me a fair amount too. It was so appalling to be treated so terribly when I was nicely trying to explain my feelings and concern. When I called Cody out for his toxic comments, he told me to leave or live with it. More toxic language.
I had more than enough abuse from Cody and found a new vet that I very much like. Staff and vets are way better than CVC. I will not be coming back here and that is all thanks to Cody!
