We used to love this place I really thought it was the best care for both of my cats. Then Covid was over and they refused to let my husband or I attend vet visits. We were told when the new clinic opened that would change so we waited. I called to check in and see if I could schedule a check up and vaccination for my cat since the new building opened and the staff member I talked to assured me I could attend the visit. I showed up and was told no I could not go in. At this point I will be finding a new vet this is beyond ridiculous and really frustrating! I'm really disappointed because at one time this was a really great business and vet center

My yorkie had severe gi symptoms and he had a fever nearly reaching 106 F. This happened at 3am in the morning two weeks ago and this was the closest hospital that said they will triage him. I got there, the lady made me do paperwork immediately. Told me "105 fever is not that serious" when my 6 lbs yorkie could've died or gotten a seizure at this temperature. She went to the back and locked the doors, didn't triage my baby. I turned over and there was another individual waiting for their fur baby to be cared for. I asked her how long it took until her baby was triaged and she told me 3 hours. There is no way I'm waiting three hours for my baby to resolve a life threatening fever. I left immediately and drove all the way to Beaverton to get help. She had the audacity to call me back nearly two hours later. NO THANK YOU. You are a vet tech, not a doctor to tell me if a 105 fever was life threatening or not based on your judgement. You could've killed my baby if I stayed and thought this was the right place to be. If you guys are looking for a place that properly triages your pet based on severity, i recommend tanasbourne vet er in oregon. It's quite a drive for me but they triaged my baby immediately and had me start paperwork's. The staff there is very welcoming and every matter is serious to them. Please do not take your pets here for a life threatening situation as they will still make you wait. I later got some referrals to get my dog care in internal medicine with them here and I will not do that. If their er don't take your pet's seriously, what makes you think any other specialties here would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I came in because my cat wasn't feeling well. I was seen and told a huge price and there was nothing else they could do. My cat had a blockage, and this was his 2nd time so they wanted me to do an intensive surgery and said it would have been $6-9K dollars and minimum of a 3 day stay. I explain and I couldn't afford the surgery and asked what my other options were. She told me he would end up going into cardiac arrest and die. After, I started crying she said there were some places I could try to call to see about cheaper prices. I call Tualatin Emergency Vet and they said to bring him in, and it would be max $2k. I went back inside to tell her I was going to take him there because that was more affordable for me at the time, she then begun to tell me that my cat might not make it there. Well, he made it there! He was there one day; they gave me all his medication he needed, and a few varieties of his new food he needs to see which one he likes the best. My total was $1100 dollars and I explain money was tight right now and they told me of a few places to get grants to help with the bill. Thankfully, this clinic wants to help and save animals lives and has options for everyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. All they want is your money, they tell you there is no other option because your pet will end up dying so you agree to pay the astronomical prices. There are way other options out there then this clinic, look around.

Got a new puppy. Looking for a vet for her. I was informed they were currently on a wait-list for a vet. They were very courteous and informative.

I have been taking my pets here for almost 10 years and I love this place! My favorite vet is Dr. Maurine Fritch! I wish I could make here my dog's primary care provider!

In the course of three weeks, we went from loving Columbia Veterinary Center to looking for a new Veterinarian for our three dogs. They no longer care about your animals or you as pet owners. Instead, they only care about padding their pockets by charging for unnecessary examinations and their medications in order to finance their new renovation. We tried for nearly three weeks to get a different medication for one of our dogs who has been suffering with some sort of ear infection (from what we were told). Instead of prescribing something different than what they had before (which we would pick up at an outside pharmacy), they wanted to charge for a second examination and give a pricy injection at their location. We don't have a problem with price, but only if it is necessary. In this case, it was completely unnecessary. Only after several different conversations over the course of two and a half weeks, and being promised a new prescription would be called in on three different occasions, did we finally get something different this last Saturday. We had to speak with three different people in a single day (Tony, Emily, and Kayla), and deal with a rude individual who hung up on us (Emily) when we asked for more efficient service, before we finally had a doctor call in a prescription. Our dog has been suffering for nearly two months and has been without a medication of any kind for three weeks, and all they cared about was charging for another examination and medication from them rather than an outside pharmacy. We were even promised a call back from management to discuss the problem, to which wee have yet to hear from anybody. Take our word, find a different Vet for your animals; find one who truly cares about you and your pets and not their own pockets.

This amazing group of Doctors and Staff are second to none! They have loved and cared for all my fur-babies for many years. Most recently my Leo who suddenly stopped eating. The skill and dedication they have to all patients and families should be greatly rewarded! We love them

My dog is a very anxious pup, and the vets and assistants here are so patient and understanding with her. I asked the vet for advice on her anxiety and she took the time to explain training options and things I can do to help my dog adjust to vet visits. I definitely recommend this vet because I feel confident that the individuals who work here have my dogs best interest and care about making her feel comfortable.

I would say this place is okay. I originally came here about a year ago because I called them when my dog was having an emergency and they were really kind. Since then, though, my experience has not been great. They missed giving our puppy some of her required shots and almost never have availability when we call, so any time we need anything beyond routine care they are sending us to the emergency vet which is like a $1000 trip just for something like an antibiotic. The doctors seem nice and knowledgeable (though I have never met any of them because they won't let anyone inside and don't come out). But I am inclined to look elsewhere for care because they just don't seem to have room for us.

I brought my cat in for a check up and she needed a dental cleaning. I was helped by a gentleman named Aaron that was simply amazing. I was worried about my little girl and he took the time to give me a detailed explanation of the process. He was incredibly patient with my questions and he showed sincere compassion towards my feelings and the care of my pet. He called me as soon as it was finished to schedule a prompt pick up so I could get her home, where she belongs. Thank you for the outstanding treatment!
