Animal care is very good. It would be nice to get some wait time feedback. I sat there for about 5 hours and had no idea how long it would take overall. I had no breakfast and was getting pretty hungry. If I had known I had enough time, I could have run out to get something to eat. But I didn't want to miss the opportunity to take my baby home so I sat there and starved. At least I had a book this time!

I lost my 7 year old cat back in June and we received the most amazing care package from them. We got his ashes, fur, paw print, and a certificate of cremation.

There are not words to describe the live and care given to our fur babies! Every single person is amazing. They are caring and loving to my girls and also to me. Amazing service. I love my girls docs there!

I’ve had to take 2 of my 4 dogs there and every single time I’m so happy with the care! It’s always stressful taking your fur baby into a vet for an emergency, but I feel like the care they receive while there and that they’ll need at home is very detailed. I just know my dogs will be taken care of when I take them there, and I appreciate that!

We cannot thank CRVS enough for taking care of us with so much empathy and kindness. Unfortunately we have had to come here a few times for our cat’s hematoma and pup’s pneumonia. The front desk was always willing to find the doctor for an update anytime we called when our pup was hospitalized. Absolutely incredible staff that gave us a little peace of mind during an incredibly traumatic time, especially Dr.Valentyne!

Our family vet was closed on a Sunday morning. Our 4 month old puppy was having an allergic reaction to a new treat. Darry received wonderful care. Our wait time was minimal. The pricing was fair. Most importantly the staff was kind, patient and knowledgeable. We left feeling that Fartu had been given the proper care and would continue to improve

The staff here was courteous, efficient, and kind when we brought in our sick kitty. Because it was an emergency, we didn't have to wait to get her seen. We sat down with the vet twice- once to talk about what they know, and what our options were for further exploration. We decided on an ultrasound. Once the ultrasound was complete, he sat down with us again and gave us some hard news. He was professional, kind, and thoughtful as we made our decision.
We were crying and upset, and the staff at Columbia River helped us through all of it. We will definitely come again if we have an emergency when our vet is closed.

Poor service, lack of urgency, overpriced, dishonest explanations to our family about the status of our pet.

There when your pet needs them. Be prepared to wait as they process urgent patients. Conveniently located in near Vancouver Costco.
They will try to help with you & your pet.

Great place. Cats Cradle is the best.

I would not recommend this facility.
We took our dog in with a cut on her side after jumping through a window we waited Nearly 5 hours for them to see her other than triage when we kept asking when she would be looked at they simply said 6 people ahead of you and then when everyone left for the 4th time we asked how much longer she was still bleeding an open wound in her side and then they didn’t know we were even there.
They had put us in a room by ourselves because she is a large breed dog and only small breeds were in the front. She was muzzled and coned for safety yet they felt it best to leave us in a room where they could forget about us.
Once they finally checked her out they found a 4” piece of glass still in her wound which they had to make a bigger incision to remove it.
At what point is a bleeding dog an Emergency???
Because her vitals looked good when we got there they didn’t bother to check on her even after us complaining she was not comfortable and still bleeding.
Their service sucked and I will never recommend or go there.
We will take any emergency we have to MedVet.

Awesome and most caring place! Little bit of a wait time but it was busy and I won’t hold that against them. They were so helpful and caring with not only my pet, but all the pets that came through while I was there. The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything.

Very expensive and they wanted to sedate my cat for X-rays. Took to another er vet and they did X-rays without sedation and said it was not needed. Wish I had gone to a different vet the first day.
