Was excited to get my car clean last night, I am pretty familiar with the other 2 self serve car washes so I always stuck to those 2 places through out the years but i was in the area and had heard good things,...well 20 dollars later after i used every option they had in the self serve bay, im pretty disappointed to ssay the least..it was much cleaner than anywnere else so i do give them that, other than that...my hands were dyed blue, each setting takes at least 30 seconds to start working so it takes up a lot of the 4 min you get for the 2.50. high pressure soap and foam brush along with the presoak and spot free rinse didn't get any of the stains, grime or dirt up even after letting it sit and soak for a few min and scrubbing 3 times, i gave up and took a little brush and some cleaner i had in my car and scrubbed for about the same amount of time it took to use their Soap and rinse and got a much better result doing it myself. The wax didn't seem to do anything either and they don't have option for drying like the other 2 in Vancouver do. I wish i would have known this and just done it myself before i spent my last 20 dollars on a wash here. Also the super aborbant towel dispenser ate my 50 cents and wouldn't dispense anything. I know it's just 50 cents but with how tight things are right now every penny helps...sadly i Will definitely be asking for a refund and or some type of resolution.

Recommend finding a better car wash cause the pressure washer and foam brush don’t even start working till like 30 seconds to a minute in wasting your money
