We have a senior dog, 14yrs old, he is family. He has arthritis in his hips, I'm always worried about his comfort. I was told that they would carry him to and from the grooming table. When we picked him up he was beautifully groomed and wagging his tail. This is the best experience we've ever had at a groomer.

We were so happy to find The Civilized Wolf also grooms cats after having a disastrous session at another salon. Rebecca is a gem and will do whatever it takes to get the job done with care and concern for our cats well being.

We had a great experience getting our sheepdog a haircut here. He can be reactive around new people so I did a lot of research to find a place with experienced handlers. I was really nervous when we dropped him off but Liz had great energy and was confident with him, which our dog responded to. She gave me an update at the end and said he needed a cone when getting his paws shaved-- the last place didn't have cones on hand and just rushed through the haircut! He looks amazing and we will definitely be back.

Dude, big ups to this locally owned and one of a kind lover of animals shop! We needed you!I’ve lived in the area for quite some time and was really hoping for a place like this. I called the shop asking about dog toys and one of the owners on the other end knew exactly what I was looking for by asking only a couple of questions.When I arrived the opening doors smelt so good like freshly groomed puppers and the like. I looked around and they had all kinds of raw hides, Icelandic horns, and what you would love for your doggo.The person who helped me knew I was the person on the phone asking about dog toys and has a Silver Lab and they helped point me out to plushy toys and heard what my boy wanted.My boy Rocco ended up with a Fluff & Tuff purple octopus, some Northwest Naturals raw frozen beef bones, and a cute love cookie. Thank you Civilized Wolf Grooming & Pet Supplies! Well done. I will be back!

Best grooming services in town. I own a border collie who I’ve taken to quite a few places around town to get groomed and no one has came close to this place. They just know what they are doing. They are friendly, professional and very helpful. I love their shop too they have a great variety of dog items.

Staff is great, the selection for cats is a bit small but has all the essentials and everything is of high quality. I restock on peacock feathers and treats here when I go to the Farmers Market. They also had a really cute lickmat and wooden stand I bought to help my cat slow down when she eats.

I have a dog who has flocks rather than a normal coat and as such, it's a bit overwhelming. Katylen did a ton of research and made sure that she was familiar with how to care for the coat and took a lot of time outside of the normal grooming to really understand the needs of this breed of dog. The dog came home looking beautiful and a coat was fantastic. She also spent time educating me in the coat's care which I appreciated. I would recommend Civilized Wolf for all of your grooming needs. They far exceeded my expectations!

We took out two year old ausshole to get his first grooming and they were great. Somehow they managed to blow dry him with no issues. He hates any electric powered equipment so this was a feat in itself. Although he was acting mad at us the rest of the day, he was so soft, and smelled so good. Great staff and owners! Glad to have them in the neighborhood, I love supporting small businesses! Thank you!

The store's selection is the BEST! They're always updating the inventory with cool stuff. Besides the awesome merchandise, the groomers are also AWESOME! As a dog owner, it felt great to not only see my dog looking all fluffy and fresh, but I got to watch her happily prance home. Seeing my dog happy, makes me happy!
