Chucks WAS great! Great produce great ready to go meals great food to order and eat in the store. Since the store has been sold it has gone downhill fast. Speaking to a long term employee I found out that little to none of the food is made from scratch anymore. They had the best soups. It is really disappointing it was a great place to shop and grab a meal. Done shopping here.

This market has the best produce. But the best things I buy there are the bakery items. I bought scones yesterday and they are better than any other bakery ever.

The change of ownership feels in negative way. Prices are higher, quality of some produce is lower, store is short staffed, you can’t even get a coffee and eatery area for s dead empty. I think there is still hope here with better management and marketing.

Chuck's has recently taken a dramatic turn for the worse. Was sold rotten meat the last two times that I shopped there. Spoke with Gaylin about the issue and he was quite dismissive and instead blamed their meat purveyor. Employees in their meat department and another manager were quick to acknowledge that their meat department has recently been the recipient of a number of complaints to include returned spoiled meat. Truly disappointing and unfortunate because I used to enjoy shopping here. Hopefully they're able to turn things around but that starts with accountability.

I ❤️ Chuck’s Produce. They have great produce, including the baby Bok Choi I eat all the time. Also, the best butchers and meat counter. But I really want to point out a new discovery: Cafecito Lady coffee.I really dislike coffee. Too bitter, just doesn’t agree with me.I did go to Jamaica once and gave in to trying their coffee. Jamaican Blue Mountain - so different than diner coffee I would call it a different beverage. But here it was, for sale at Chuck’s Produce. I bought the Blonde ?♀️, expecting a lighter taste.I was not disappointed. I have never, ever drank coffee. But now I brew a mug and drink it black (!) with sugar ( because I have a sweet tooth ). The smoothest coffee I’ve ever tasted.Thinking maybe my tastes changed from when I was young, I tried so diner coffee at the next breakfast outing. NOPE, still nasty. So if you’re looking for a smoother coffee, you can’t go wrong tossing some Cafecito Lady in your cart the next time you’re at Chuck’s Produce.

Store is clean, bathrooms are clean, produce is amazing, and the staff is courteous and helpful. They always have something on sale and even though a lot of times the prices are fairly expensive, you can't find this stuff any place else. No other grocery store carries the things they carry. If you're vegan, keto, or any other kind of diet, this is the place to come. I don't mind paying extra for quality and Chuck's has it in spades. I love this store!!!!

The store itself is expensive for My budget but I absolutely love their food bar. So far I have tried the pizza, chicken, teriyaki chicken, macaroni and ice cream. They are all 5stars. I bring my grandson for a treat once in awhile. He loves it. Wait...there is more. The sushi is absolutely the best I have ever had. Even better than restaurants I have been too. And the price is the same as subpar sushi I have had

Chuck's should not allow political propaganda to be spread at the front door of their store. I just had a man sitting out front at a table ask me to sign his petitions, several of which were completely false and full of disinformation. Yuck. I'm astonished that Chuck's would allow this and I will not shop there as long as the political tables are allowed to set up out front. The last thing we need is more division and misinformation, and we definitely don't want it at the grocery store.

We stopped by for a birthday cake...so many great choices! The staff was friendly, offered samples and piped a greeting on the cake we chose. Nice store. Bright, clean and well stocked.

Dear chucks produce new owners.... the reason chucks was great to begin with was quality food at low Prices.... Same grapes/same brand at Safeway is $7 more at your store. You have liquor license and open on Saturday now. Jerks!!!

USED TO LOVE CHUCK'S--now it's a sad and shoddy shell of its former shiny self. Literally rude employees. Salad bar is approaching "icky". No real plates and metal cutlery nor olives and berries in self help pans near the salad bar. instead, tons of single use plastic utensils and containers. I won't return.

A sad day. We stopped for lunch after being out of town for many months. We knew something was wrong right away because the parking lot was not full at lunch time. It was a ghost town in the store. We have never seen it like this before. We ordered a lunch that we have ordered many times and were deeply disappointed in the quality. We were served very mediocre food made from inferior ingredients and packets of ketchup with high fructose, corn syrup. Wow. Their big ice water dispensers with sliced lemons have been replaced by cheap plastic dispensers with warm tap water and tiny water cups. Awful. We won't be back. Used to be a lively place with great food and atmosphere. No more. Super sad.

It used to be our go-to local store. Chucks had great (albeit sometimes expensive) food and a selection of local produce. But most of all, I enjoyed them having free electric car chargers - we often would stop by to shop, dine in, and get a few miles of charges added to our clean car.It is super regretful that EV chargers have been shut down or abandoned - one of the chargers hasn't been working for at least a couple of years now, and the other work in 10% of cases. If the owners are trying to save money by turning the chargers off, well, then it is the case of "penny smart, dollar stupid". These chargers cost them probably under $10 per day for both working free charging ports. Yet, even one or two customers that Chuck's could've lost because of them being inoperable is significantly more than that (and it is not just me who decided against stopping by at Chuck's because of the charger's situation, by the way!)Anyways, it is not only store in town, and luckily, there are choices including places catering towards eco-friendly car owners in the area. I feel sad that the nearest local store is following this downward path...

I loved Chucks for years. They had great customer service, quality products, fast checkout, and friendly staff. Now, with the new management, everything has changed. The quality of their produce/products is like a normal grocery store, except it's overpriced. They also seem to have cut down a lot on their employees, maybe to cut corners? Chuck's is definitely not what it used to be.
