Went recently and the produce was the worst. When we got home the lime, garlic, blood orange, watermelon were all bad. This store used to have a good reputation. Not sure what happened but we won’t be back anytime soon.

If you’re looking for fantastic produce, whether standard or organic, chucks has a beautiful lineup, and their deli is superb, excellent homemade style salads. Everything there is top-notch I highly recommend them.

I came here hoping to get some Passover items , mainly matzah! They had NOTHING! In 2024! I will not shop here any more! The store is nice but doesn’t matter. Passover is a major Jewish holiday. I hope others will find this wrong and not shop here!

This store used to be amazing when it was Chucks produce. Everything was fresh and good. Lots of helpful staff. Very CLEAN facility. It is now chuck's market and I can only assume they have been bought out. The food quality is terrible now. I just left without buying anything. There was mold on the berries, the meat department smelled like old unclean meat and the hot food had definitely been out for awhile as it was all baked over and crusty from the heat lamps.Thoroughly disappointed.Whoever bought it should be ashamed of themselves for destroying the quality the store was known for.

Chuck's improperly wrapped chicken wings that I bought. Caused a huge mess in my fridge, spilled on and ruined a bunch of other food. I emailed to let them know and more than a week later nobody had replied. The wings also spoiled three days before the useby label because they were open to the air. Good thing I didn't try to cook them or they could have killed us.I went to the store to speak directly to customer service. I explained what happened and there was no service whatsoever. No apology for the mistake. They offered me the amount that the wings cost. $10. Not acceptable. Their lack of wrapping ruined a whole bunch more food and wasted my time cleaning it up. Plus, no response for the issue from the email I sent - which makes it even worse. No concern whatsoever for customer experience. The "manager" tried to tell me she was doing me a favor because I didn't have my receipt - and because I hadn't brought this up sooner. When I said I had brought it up sooner, like over a week ago, and nobody had responded, she accused me of lying about sending the email. She checked her email, and because she didn't have it, I must not have sent it. I maintained that I had sent it and I would have loved a response earlier, she continued gaslighting me and kicked me out of the store for daring to describe my experience to her.Go to Chuck's at your own risk. If you ever have any issues, prepare to be hassled and harangued by their brutish management.

A few of the cashiers at Chuck's Salmon Creek don't feel that they need to bag your groceries any longer. Customer service is not as good as it used to be. Expect more for the prices you pay there.

Always the best tasting cakes. They matched exactly what I was hoping for based on a description of a picture only. My twins were so happy with the result!

Chucks was amazing when a local businessman owned it. He cared about his customers. And his employees. And it showed. Pride. Treating employees right is a game changer. Then they sold to Roths/Pattison Food Group and the place is horrible. 99% of the employees left. They started selling lottery and alcohol and their employees don't care about customers because Pattisons doesn't care about employee. It all went downhill. Sad. It used to be a quality grocery store. But when owners and managers only care about money. It shows.

I went for the first time right before Christmas. Customers were friendly, and I found some interesting snacks, lotions, and had the best eclair ever. It's a little pricey there, but they offer quality which can be worth the extra bucks sometimes. Now, I just want you to know what an endorsement this actually is. I love the west coast, ( just moved here 3 years ago), and it's extremely hard to find good bakery treats out here. Many things are made to perfection, but eclairs aren't generally one of them. I found a very delicious one in Tollgate bakery along with the best cannoli ever.... but the eclair in Chucks was superb. Also, the cashier seemed genuinely nice and helpful.

My first time in the store. Really nice produce dept. Great deli had so many things to choose from. Bakery looks so good! Loved checking out meat dept had nice cuts plus ideas for dinner tonight. Great store it's kinda spendy but really nice to have clean quality food. Even the checkers were kind & fun to talk with.
