It took multiple tries to get the machine to accept my card and then the gas wouldn’t pump. Went to a station down the street after wasting 10 minutes here.

This Chevron extra mile if I could rate this store a triple zero Stars I will the first experience we had my husband had to go to the bathroom while he was in the restroom they locked my husband in the store and not a worker to be seen to be found same day waited until the manager came on duty I came back talked to the manager she was not nice she was not pleasant she was rude and did not have customer service and said that the worker was doing her job how is she doing her job when it's a 24-hour store and they constantly lock it for hours and hours again I am here at the store and it is locked just wish I could figure out how to get a higher up manager to take care of this problem please do not come to this Chevron unless if you want to get locked in a bathroom or be waiting outside freezing no wonder why their ratings are so low? maybe if they had the proper management and workers it would be a decent store but don't spend your money here at all it's the worst store ever I would much rather go to shell

The customer service is lack luster. It's treated as, eh, it's just a job type attitude. Pricing here is higher imo than 7 Eleven and will patronize 7 Eleven more so because-
1) they're more convenient
2) they're more friendly
Only thing here is the gas station, but even that is usually higher than 7 Eleven. But Chevron gas is, I think, more quality than other grades of gasoline out there. Idt they have a loyalty program here (correct me if I'm WRONG) but 7 Eleven does. All COVID precautions are followed here and if you want to save a little bit of money, just drive a little further south to 7 Eleven, but if you want extreme convenience and desperate for gas, then this place exists.

Posted hours are incorrect. This is not a 24 hour location. The staff that I have encountered there are all wonderful.

Great friendly service. Always a pleasant experience. Eric the graveyard guy is always so helpful and in a good mood with incredible customer service. Wayde is also great, It's amazing how he seems to know every customers by name and the store is always so clean. Ary will have my smokes ready at the register before I can even ask for them and shows real interest when I somethingto say. I don't remember the others names but they are always helpful and professional. Gil and Shannon have a great crew working for them.

Disorganized prices/products and rude employees. Shouldn't have to search the store for the accurate price of a product... Probably never go back and I'll tell my friends to avoid it, too, so they don't get scammed

Terrible customer service. Staff is rude, argumentative and unprofessional. They harass their customers over the way they wear their masks but refuse to clean the pin-pad after so many customers touch it throughout the day. Disgusting. If you’re so concerned with everyone’s safety as you claim, clean the pin-pads after each customer!
