Went inside was a long line of 8 people and a lady was playing around and putting money on her shirt and was saying how terrible her job is and complaining, well it’s her decision to be there! I Told her I need some propane, ok! Someone will be right out, 20 minutes later go back inside, she told me, oh! I forgot??? Never ever again going here! Went down the road and got better service and for a better price! Go to NEW FLAME PROPANE!!! ASAP service and cheaper.

Summary: Beware of car wash!! Damage to vehicle and not fully cleaned. Refunded, but it’s been a known issue.
The people seem nice and this did get a resolution which is why I gave any stars at all, however, I do highly suggest using a different car wash.
I stopped for food at the cart next to the car wash and made the mistake of getting a car wash while I was there instead of driving to the car wash in Camas that I prefer. My rear wiper was ripped off during the wash, breaking the wiper arm in the process. I did get lucky that the brand new blade, the base, and the window were not damaged in the process so the only thing I need to replace is the arm. Even the dealership didn’t have the replacement arm on hand and needed to order it so it’s not fixed yet. The damage is slightly surprising because the back of the car didn’t even get clean.
The other factor in this rating is that the attendant also handed me a piece of someone else’s rear wiper when I came back to retrieve my wiper which means I’m not the only one who this has happened to recently.
The manager, Judah, stated that the prior ownership knew it was a problem and the attendants would laugh and just put the wipers back on if possible, that the damage on my vehicle wasn’t as expensive as some other required repairs from the car wash, and since new ownership took over a memo had gone out to tape the rear wiper because this keeps happening. Clearly that memo hasn’t been followed and there are components of the car wash that are resulting in damage to vehicles. He did say another memo will be sent about taping the rear wiper, I did get reimbursed for the wiper arm as well as refunded for the wash, but the risk of damage and lack of cleaning on the rear of the vehicle makes me very concerned about other people having problems too.
I feel like I’m a reasonable person and understand that stuff happens, but when it means spending time, gas, and money to resolve something that shouldn’t have happened, other people should be warned.
Photos included: the piece to someone else’s rear wiper (mine was still attached to the base) and photos of my broken wiper arm as well as showing the rear of the car still clearly dirty.

I fueled up $10 at the gas station, but when I got in your car, you saw no change in the fuel gauge. It didn't increase at all. So, I believe they're deceiving people at that station and not adding fuel properly. Have you considered reporting this to the station management?

Very disappointed after my visit today. You need to watch how they fill up your propane. Added propane to my total bill from the previous customer and I couldn't prove anything. Not very honest people work there.

The entitlement of the store is next level. Walked in this morning and both cashiers have cash money hanging from their name tags, I asked what motion was and she states my awesome customer service is the promotion. Asked her to clarify, she said it's tips. Here's what I find absolutely wrong about this. In Washington state We have one of the highest minimum wages in the nation, and if you weren't happy, making nearly $15 an hour grabbing cigarettes for customers then instead of asking the customers that come in to buy coffee and gas that they pump themselves to supplement your wages which is more than the job is worth to begin with if you ask me, then maybe you should go back to school and get a degree or train for actual trade. Just because waitresses and bartenders and hospitality workers deserve tips, because they are providing a service that not everyone can do. Obviously. Doesn't mean everyone standing behind a counter making minimum wage deserves the same tips. These women were basically panhandling at work. Making the store look very cheap and tacky. I think for your store's sake, and to avoid losing any more customers and making your store look bad, you should instruct your well paid for the position employees, that they are not to accept hospitality tips, as this is not a traditionally tipped position. It makes it look like the boss isn't paying these women enough, and it makes it feel to the customer as if they were obligated to supplement their wages just for walking in a store and picking out their own items, pumping their own gas getting their own coffee. I will never be going back to the Chevron and I advise you to do the same unless this is changed.

It seems to be pretty much a concensus that chevron stations have turned to crap all their employees are lazy rude and have zero customer service I don't know all the names but for sure Nicole who works overnight and Matt maybe they should hook up they have the same work ethic sit on my ass and get paid and oh yea you wanna give me tips for my winning personality stop they don't deserve tips they stand behind a counter and wait to take your money payment in exchange for products they sell ie gas and beer and cigarettes so yea don't tip these assholes if you wanna tip waitresses or other hospitality workers that's great but not gas attendants I'm so over the new generation of workers out there we don't OWE YOU SHIT DO YOUR JOB GET PAID MOVE ON

The carwash attendant inability to properly guide me in has now turned this $10 carwash into a $200 expense of getting my wheel repaired.

Be extra cautious when entering this car wash. The track can easily scratch up your wheels.
Back of car didn’t get very clean either.
