Morning girls are awesome.. late night guys and weekend guy is awesome. The new people they've hired recently are terrible no customer service skills frustrated easy and easy to make mistakes charging people along with the previous folks charge on gas or whatever they've got. Repeatedly telling them my rewards didn't scan and having to pay for thing I've earn free while being upset with me at the same time.

You Definitely don't have DEF for diesels at the pump like it says you do. Thanks for wasting my time and fuel! Get with it and straighten up you web site and information.

If you are going to block off your pumps, i'd appreciate it if you posted signs or cones on both sides to indicate that it is closed. As it was, many people entered only to get stuck and have to turn around in between the pumps or right before them, all while other people pull in.

Diesel beware!!! Bring a movie to watch, especially with huge truck tanks. Took almost 20 mins to fill up 12 gallons, and on top of that, the pumps are running so slow that it over fills and doesn't unclick when tanks full!

I could sing to a song named Amber and Diane. The two ladies that be showing love no matter where you're from. They keep the bathroom super duper clean and oh, yes they have my favorite brand of glasses. Near the mall, not as congested as others in the area. Bring the kids for a little snack from the candy Isle. Love y'all!

My go-to gas station near my house. Love that they take Safeway rewards. I've never gone inside the market, only use the self service gas pumps. It's a clean station. Garbage cans are never overflowing. Pumps are always working and I rarely have any issues getting a receipt from the machine. Highly recommend this location.

If you plan to use Safeway points towards your gas, DONT GO HERE! I typed in my # and the ladies eyes lit up. I had 70 cents to use and the lady said oh I think the system is down. Another lady tried 2 sec after that and said no, it just says u have no points. I came from Safeway and knew I had 70 cents. I took my cash back and went to another chevron and that lady said the system never went down and it shows I have no points. Again, I had the receipt in my car showing 7 points. I went ahead and pumped my gas. I signed into my app and sure enough the damn lady at Vancouver mall chevron took my points. Gas prices the way they are, this was very upsetting!

I needed some Air in my tires this morning and the cashier at this location Of Chevron / Vancouver mall drive gave me the most TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE. She is very nice and professional! Highly respect her and her top performance in comparison with the bad service at Shell gas station located on 112th Ave in Vancouver Washington.

Went in to buy some gas. I have a mask on but my 6 year old daughter didn’t due to health reasons. Woman with light pink hair told me she refused to provide service to me because my daughter didn’t have a mask on. Proceeded to tell me that I had to have an exemption card proving her ailment. THIS IS ILLEGAL! IT IS AGAINST HIPAA! Lots of lawsuits happening because of exactly this! Continuing to employ this person is going to open the owner up for lawsuits!

Friendly staff, actually pretty well stocked as a convenience store.As far as I can tell, best price in town for Chevron gas by 5 to 10 cents per gallon.

20 cents more a gallon than any place else and their bathrooms don't even work! I'm sorry but if I'm paying 20 cents more a gallon I expect the bathrooms to work for Pete's sake.... Chevron should be ashamed of themselves and ashamed of this location
