I have been coming to this car wash over the years. I have always been satisfied with the price and the results. Today not so much. I went through the car wash, Jeffy wash price, and I saw my windshield wiper fly off on the way through. I came out and pulled over to look if anything else had happened. I am glad it did not. I went around and told the car wash guy what happened. I asked him if he could get it for me. He told me to go wait over by my car and he would bring it. He was a little rude. He brought the broken windshield wiper to me. I said oh it's broken. Thanks. He turned around and walk away without saying a single word. I mean I would at least think he'd say sorry about that. I hadn't planned on asking them to pay but an apology would've been nice. Unfortunately I'm not going back there anymore. It's the closest one to where I live, but I'll drive extra miles for a different wash. I don't know what happened to customer service. oh yeah, I had tipped him!

I've lived here for almost 5 years, and this is the worst gas station I've been to in town. A few years ago I tried to buy a scratcher and she told me she wouldn't sell to me because she needed to see the ID of my friend in the car who drove me there. After that I avoided this gas station for awhile and I went there recently the lady was so rude she looked me up and down. I feel like whoever is hiring people for this gas station purposely hires rude people it's every time I go in they are so mean!

I got gas from this gas station and the pump was faster than any other gas station I have been to. And when I got in my car my gas gauge said that I didn't get any gas. So I went in to speak to the cashier and after being ignored by 3 employees having a conversation I finally spoke to them and explained what had happened. I didn't have any more money and I was stranded and I was on the verge of tears the whole time. All they did was print out my receipt, hand it to me and said well it looks like you did. And then stated the amount of gallons I got. They did not care to even come out and check if the pump was working or see my gas gauge so I could possibly receive a refund. I am taking up a complaint with corporate about their attitudes with me. I am more frustrated about how they treated me when I was clearly scared about being alone and having no more money.

If a car wash warns you about potential damage to your car, take heed. That car wash will do damage. Luckily, it was only my license plate that got bent. I still cannot understand why this entire region has only one touchless car wash.

UPDATE ON CHEVRON CAR WASH 192nd VANCOUVER WA: After complaining to the manager about their carwash at 192nd Vancouver WA I was hoping they would have listened and made sure their equipment was working & dispensing soap like they used to. Thought I would give them another try...no such luck...nothing changed. There was no soap coming out on the right side and didn't even clean off the bird p**** If you use this car wash pay attention to the soap being dispensed. I guess I will be using Kaady on Millplain. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I was turned away from the car wash because my Jeep has a spare tire on the back. She said it breaks down the cloth, and you have a hitch so I can't send you through and have a nice day. So I left and went to the chevron in camas where they took great care of me as a customer based business should......

Apparently people have some issues with the car wash. I cannot comment on it specifically, but as a general rule, if you're using a massive machine to do a delicate, five minute job, issues may arise. Caveat emptor. But I digress. And yes, I realize I am reviewing a gas station, but I like this one.I stop in frequently on the way to work to grab an energy drink, because Lord knows I won't survive a full workday without one, and I loathe coffee. This particular Chevron, while being a complete pain-in-the-ass to access from the northbound lanes of 192nd, is always extremely clean, organized and well-stocked. I can't count how many times I have frequented other convenience stores, grabbing the same items multiple times per week, and then having to wait weeks for them to restock the item (if they ever do at all). That has never happened at this location, and it's the main reason why I keep coming back here. The employees in the morning are extremely friendly and personable, despite it being, well...the dreaded morning. Reason #2.There's really not much more to be said about a gas station, unless you want to write me to write a ten-page thesis on the nutritional value of the rolling meats in the hot deli case. Which I will decline, graciously.

I've been going here for car washes for years and really never a problem. I had to get a quick car wash and head off to an appointment right away. Well, on return to my car I see it's STILL FILTHY. "Ok. No problem", I think. I go back and the car wash part is closed since a few hours have passed since my appt down the street. Still. No problem. I'm sure they'll fix this up right away. I've always had good experiences with Chevron. I walk in and attitude clerk has a nasty look on her face while I have a smile on mine. I was thinking. "Oh maybe she's having an issue because she was talking to another employee instead of greeting me." Ok. No problem still. Then she offered "help" and I calmly explained the problem. Blast blast blast. Attitude. Argue. Wow. Drama queen child. That explains a lot. Have you heard of the SPIRIT of the law vs. The LETTER law the law, "CASSIE", smart assy needs a lot more classy??? Apparently not. Simpleton. You just lost a loyal customer. I hope your boss (SARAH?) finds out from others, not just me, what kind of employee you really are to customers when her back is turned. Your mouth will catch up to you one day. Don't treat people who are YOUR CUSTOMERS that way. We are the reason you have a paycheck.

They will not give you a car wash with a skybox which hasn’t been an issue for any other drive thru car washes I’ve been through
