Horrendous Service. Called two days earlier to change and add an account, they failed to return my call. I called back and eventually got an appointment with Diana. Diana knew my goals. She told me to bring certain documents. I did and yet she forgot that I needed others. After that she deleted my account before creating another account in it's place first. She deleted my entire profile, login, and business information. Million Dollar Company just walked away.

Best bank!! I love this location! The staff are all super friendly and helpful! Anytime I have any questions about my account or setting up a new loan this is the branch I visit.

This place is, without a doubt, the worst bank in the world. My friend, with $95,000 a year income, A1 credit, AND more than one million in accounts at Chase, could not get a mortgage for a $200,000 home. They never said no, they just kept delaying until his earnest money agreement expired, well past the 45 days they promised. I have started a website to detail problems - see chasemortgage.biz

I hate this place. Out of any bank I've ever been to in the area, this one is definitely the worst. The parking lot is ridiculous--while there are two entrances with inward arrows, one has do not enter signs and it's very cramped. The lack of attention by the people working here is terrible. No one is happy to be there. While there's probably a dozen people working there and rarely more than one person waiting to be served, there's ALWAYS a wait time for someone to decide to "help". Yesterday, I stood there for five minutes with only one other customer in the entire bank because there was only one teller at the counter. The cranky old wench that came up to "help" me was rude and short, obviously pissed that there was actually someone there who needed her help for 60 seconds of her so-busy day. I was so put off by the attitude encountered here that I left without finishing my business and went to the Chase in Fred Meyer's Hazel Dell, where I've always been greeted and helped out in the past. The hours at this branch are not great either. Avoid this place like the plague--I definitely will from now on.
