The card reader to get inside the lobby to use the ATM does not work and has been broken for at least a few weeks! No exterior ATM either.

I had a fraud problem on my checking account. Amber at the 63rd street branch took excellent care of me. She took corrective action to fix the problem. Her attitude, knowledge and care was magnificent. Thank you Amber.

Had a charge that I didn’t recognize hit my account the young lady that helped me said to wait tell it goes through then I can call customer service and they would help me or call the people who charged me. First off I don’t know who charged me and when I asked her to see if she could see if there was a number she said it would show her the same info so that’s not going to work. I called customer service and got a dispute filled and new card issued without waiting for it to go through so again she told me something that was not accurate. I don’t understand why I wasn’t given this option when I was there. I have multiple accounts including my business account through chase and every time I deal with this one person she gives me the absolute worst customer service and it’s really frustrating. She’s the girl with the black hair and I only have seen one girl in there with black hair so take a guess but her attitude is garbage and she needs to be offering people solutions. She’s very short and is good at handing someone else the problem. Well someone in another country gave me a better solution and took care of my issue in 5 minutes. I’m not trying to be that guy but I can definitely take my business to another bank and I’m sure they would love to have the money my business account is pulling in every month.

I came in dyer the drive through ATM was not working at about 12 pm on 8/26 a the tellers wouldn't allow me to put money into my fiance's account even with her card and pin when she was sitting in the car with our newborn. Was not impressed with their service to say the least

I Love my Chase. My Branch on 63rd. St. Vancouver, the staff there are Awesome. Bianca ? Amber, and the rest treat me like a King ? ??? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where is the bank ever gave me the hardest time they have an employee name Ali worst person to ever exist. Left me there for an hour and 10 minutes and couldn’t help me pull my own money out of my bank.

I attempted to make an online appointment to see a private banker at this location, 63rd and Andresen, as the location was not listed on the website for appt setting in the zip code 98661. I called their branch, chose option two to schedule an appointment, and the auto message only refers you back to the website, where this location is not listed. There is no option to talk to a person to set up an appt with a banker. I called back again and instead chose zero to try and talk to somebody and nobody answered the phone. Therefore I was never able to schedule a private banking appointment at this location and now have to drive further to a location that was listed on the chase site to be seen at a branch I don't usually use.

I’m rating a 9 because I know any lower affects the score for the branch and their pay, the fact that chase as a whole continues to hang it’s front end reps out to dry when staff are unable to come to work is nothing new. They claim in articles and thru “pizza parties” that they care about their employees but that is obviously not the case. The staff that was there to help me did their best amd while I can ask for significantly more from chase the corporation I can’t ask for more from the staff as a whole.

I have had a bank account with them for a long time but have constantly had problems with them withholding half of my check unnecessarily. Whenever you talk to customer service you get routed around four separate times and just for people to tell you that that's a different department and then just to have that department tell you that they can't help you process anything. The overcharge for being under on your account balance is ridiculous and it will literally cost you hundreds of dollars and they aren't even reasonable about the smallest of things.On top of that they closed down a location near me that was helpful and convenient and their hours are always weirdly changing I have shown up on a weekday and it was not a holiday and they were just closed for no reason.Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this bank. Go to a credit union, don't let these people touch your money.

What can I say about this Chase branch but ... WOW!! Excellent customer service from every single person in the bank from the moment you walk in to when you leave. All the employees are very well trained know the business and explain things very clearly. I've never had better customer service at any Bank?
