We cannot recommend Champion Business Solutions enough! The customer service we received and continue to receive from Robert and his family is unmatched. A printer is crucial to the functionality of a school. Robert understood this was quick to provide us options that matched our needs. Delivery was swift and we were provided a great tutorial and support over the first few days with any onboarding issues we had. I work for NAMI of Southwest Washington. Robert and his family provide stellar, incomparable customer service. Our new printer was delivered and set up in a timely fashion, and all of us in the office were given simple yet detailed instructions for use. All the while, we were laughing like we were old friends. The best part is knowing their customer service is consistent each and every time we call on them for help. Everyone I have worked with has been friendly. We had a scanning issue that was quickly solved in less than a few hours. Our company just leased our 3rd copier from them. Everything they offer is top of the line! Robert checks in with us often to see how things are going since we installed the new copier.

When our company needed a copier fast C.B.S. did not disappoint. They emailed me multiple options with pictures and prices. They also had a couple of other units that would be arriving in the next week or two, if we could wait. Both the pricing and shipping of the unit to Las Vegas was great. Saved us plenty of $$$ compared to our local "dealers". Would recommend them 100%!!!!

After our office burned down in May, Champion really stepped up and set us up again in our new office. Service is very very forceful at the beginning, and absolutely NON EXISTENT after the sale. Our printers don't work, we were promised the sun, moon and the earth and are stuck with boat anchors. GO ANYWHERE but here.

I have recently taken over a business locally and was researching some prices on printer machines. I received a call from Robert and he went over so much info and so many fine details that a lot of companies don't want you to know, nor will they share this info. not only that he also educated me about this industry and also gave great advice for me as a new business owner. I have to say I have never met a business owner whom actually has the customers best interest in mind and keeping that integrity. Not once did I feel like he was try to sell me anything he gave me all the info. I needed to make an informed decision.Unfortunately I was not able to join Robert and his team in doing business through his company at this moment however WHEN that time comes and I am able to venture out I know exactly where I am going for my copier/printer needs.Thank you again Robert for your outstanding family culture customer service.

Are you on a budget but your staff is about to go "office space" on your old copier?? You're in the right place!!(Yep, I had to insert a movie reference, these guys are that good, and our staff was that frustrated with our old copier, lol)Robert and his team at Champion are a company that genuinely puts people first. Their friendliness, full transparency, and attention to detail is unmatched; and reminds me of what real (old school style) customer service is all about. And we love our new copier!! It makes the lives of our church staff soo much easier. We can now print our own bulletins (and they are vibrant, folded, and stapled booklets), print professional looking brochures, handle high volume print jobs, and all without any issues and within budget.From the first call, Robert listened to the needs of our team, informed me on the questions I should make sure to ask other vendors in my vetting process to avoid industry pitfalls with whatever vendor/copier we decided to go with, and remained very patient through our vetting process.I really researched in depth to find the best quality for value in the Vancouver area for machine and for service. After speaking with 5 companies, receiving 6 proposals, and creating a "copier/service comparison matrix" to review with my stakeholders; Robert's offer and team was hands down the best value. Even their service response offering goes above and beyond what other vendors offer.Of course the true test was when the printer arrived on site. It was the day before Christmas eve and Robert and his team arrived to set us up, showed us how to work it, and we printed the Christmas bulletins that same day. They turned out beautifully. And even since Robert has checked in with me himself every step of the way to ensure satisfaction. He's even as friendly in person as he is on the phone.The philanthropic work of this company is also a huge bonus for us and adds to the value of our partnership with them. This is the beginning of a fantastic partnership!

Robert and his crew are the most amazing, kind people. As a little nonprofit, NAMI SW WA, it's hard to sometimes get the products we need at a price that works for us. But Champion has always worked with us every step of the way to make our lives easier and continue focusing on those affected by mental illness. The Champion family is truly a family and they welcome you in regardless of what product you're getting. We now have an amazing printer that can handle the program brochures, booklets, and other literature we put together without any problems. The machine we acquired with their help is amazing and does everything we need. The customer service from the start has been above and beyond, and they are extremely helpful every time we call with questions. If we need something installed or downloaded from the printer software to a new computer they are prompt and as enthusiastic to help as the first time we met them. We are very pleased with everything they have done for our business and would recommend again and again.

Robert and Mike are a wonderful pair! These two helped me decide which machine would be the best option for my business, waited for my husband to disassemble my desk so they could get past it, delivered and installed a beauty, gave me a demonstration on how the machine works, and even helped me troubleshoot my network for the install! They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, and gave me a few chuckles through the whole process. I felt like I was treated like family! I am very pleased with the friendly service!
