The staff here have been absolutely incredible so far! Yesterday was my first visit but they have gained a lifelong customer already, after calling around and trying to get my dog seen because he has kennel cough the receptionist when I called here went out of her way to go talk to the vet to see if they could get me in given the circumstances. I was able to get in that day, every staff member seemed very concerned about my dog and truly seemed like they wanted to help him feel better. They were very transparent about pricing and making sure the treatment was comfortable budget wise for me. They just overall made such an effort to ensure my dog was gonna be okay.

Cascade Park team went over and above! My adult daughter, who lives separately was no longer able to care for 10-year-old cat "Char". My wife and I were not in a position to care for her either. Jess took the initiative to reach out to her contacts to inquire if there was a possibility there would be a home available for Char. Jess called me the next day with a phone number of a person who could take her in... Jess, you found Char a new home and helped my family through a difficult time. You are awesome! Thank you! and Thank You Cascade Park team!

I started taking my dog here 3 years ago. It's been a while since shes been back and from what I've been told they've since sold the business and that even a few of the veterinarians left due to not being comfortable with the new ownership. Well, since then my dog has gotten sick with an obvious ear infection that spread to both ears I called immediately for medication (amoxicillin) and they told me they couldnt do that, it's been a while since shes been in that they would need to do all these tests and additional shots, and a full exam not relevant to the infected ears. I told them I was only looking to make her well first not to delve into all these other things yet. They told me in these exact words "that is illegal and we cant do anything for your dog unless you accept all these treatments" it felt really uneasy like they were trying to squeeze money out of me in such a vulnerable situation. I just want my dog to feel better. I knew there was something wrong with this, so I immediately called and got her checked in somewhere else. Shes being helped for what she needs now. This would like if i went to the doctor for myself asking to get meds for an ear infection and they told me they had do a stool sample, gynecological swabs and bloodwork first for them to get me an amoxicillin prescription for my ears. These people are con artists. Beware

I'm updating my review to leave a shout out to Dr. Hatfield. She was amazing with my 12 year old boxer who is suffering from neurological decline. Having owned several dogs and seen many vets in my life, Dr. Hatfield was the most thorough and professional I have ever experienced. I am incredibly grateful for her kind attention to my dog and how she was completely understanding of my husband's and my stance on not getting lab work or vaccinations, given his age and condition. There was definitely a quality of life focus, and I just really appreciate her. It's hard to know you don't have long with your fur child. Thank you, Dr. Hatfield. Hoping whoever gets this message will share this with her.
My first review from a year and a half ago follows: First visit was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Horner and her team were very insightful with my old man dog. They were loving toward him and kind to me. I left with a sense of empowerment to take better care of him as he continues to age. Thank you, CPAH. :)

Cascade Park Animal Hospital is hands down the best clinic in the area. They have treated all (9 plus fosters) of our fur babies with the best and most comprehensive care. From young puppies and kittens to end of life treatment, all of the staff has treated us with respect. They treat us like family! They care for our animals like they are their own and take a vested interest in their care. They clearly explain all treatment plans in a way that a regular pet owner can understand. I love that and I love them for that! Thanks for all that you do! Keep doing it!

AVOID!!! We have been coming here since we got our furbaby 4 years ago. This past February when she came in for her annual check up, I forgot her poop sample at home that I had collected that morning that they had asked me to bring in. They sent me home with a collection cup and asked me to return it but failed to tell me I had to do it within 30 days or the $80 I prepaid up front would be lost. Today while cleaning out a drawer, I found the unused sample cup and called them to ask for a refund since I never had the test done. The lady on the phone said I could not get a refund. I then asked, well, can I just have a credit for the $$ I paid at her next visit, and that was also denied. Why?? They are out nothing...!! I am out the $80 I paid for a test that was never done. DO NOT PREPAY! They bank on you forgetting obviously. When I phoned in to talk to them, their recording said "for the well being of our staff, we will not accept any communication that is less than unkind." Now why would you have that in your recording unless you are getting a lot of upset people calling and why do you have upset people calling you Cascade Park??!?!?!.

Ive been taking my pup here for a few years and it was okay, not great but had no big complaints. However just okay has gone way downhill. They advertise same day and next day appointments on their website and they say they have urgent care on their website yet they do not. They were not able to see my senior dog ( an established patient) for at least a week when he needed to be seen in the next day or two for an urgent matter. Their customer service is very poor and they do not return calls in a timely manner. Thankfully I found much better care at another local vet the same day. This place lacks compassion and kindness towards their customers and pets. Never going back.

When Pippin got sick ,they started with the most expensive tests When it was the least expensive test that finally told us what was wrong. He past 2 months after that. When Bella got a brain tumor and started to have Grand mall seizures.... She was suffering and they had no appointment available to put her down.I had to go somewhere else and It didn't go well and I will never get that image out of my head. So when I go back to tell them I have a new puppy arriving and when she'll be arriving and she traveling but would need a new puppy exam with in 72 hrs. Well they were sorry about that too. NO Compassion for your family members but Don't lack When it comes to taking your money .

Great doctors and techs - very friendly and careful and listen to you! Only thing is it's hard to find an email address to request information. I've been trying to get a report of our visit for 3 days and keep getting "no reply" addresses, or "you have their pharmacy" responses.

We've been bringing out pets here for the past couple of years and have always walked away from each appointment feeling like our pet's needs have been closely considered.
We're currently in a rather scary period of treatment and recovery for one of our pets and the care we've received throughout the process just solidified how grateful I am that my pets get their care from this team.

I used Cascade Park for roughly five years. In the beginning they were wonderful. However, over the last two years I have run into a handful of issues with their office. Most notably not sending in a refill for my cat's insulin for 7 days even after the pharmacy sent two requests and I called 3 times. The receptionist talked down to me when I said my cat is out now because it is taking so long, insisting they sent it to the pharmacy and when I told her the pharmacy doesn't see it and it has been days, she changed her voice to a very degrading and offensive tone. I asked if I could just pick up a paper prescription and she stated "Well, now, that will take even longer." RUDE I switched vets because of this.

We have been customers of Cascade Park Animal Hospital since the 90's. Since they sold to large corporate vet they have been AWFUL! We gave them a second chance this past month a medication called Labrella was recommended and given to our 10 year old golden retriever which made him very ill. Dr. Horner took one week after side effect took place to call us back then assured us our dog was of utmost importance to her. Never did we receive a follow up call in the last four weeks to check on him. Just received a phone reminding me of appt. missed to further discuss Labrella injections after she told us she would remove from schedule. We now have to search for a new provider for our boy. Don't waste your time at this practice.

This place will try and sell you everything you don't need for your pet. Been here multiple times for dogs and cats and they try and upsell you on everything. I wouldn't trust these vets period, they are in it for money and not care what so ever.

My dogs had been going here because they were one of the only vet clinics accepting new patients during COVID. I now go to a different vet and when comparing the cost it’s astounding how much they overcharge. If you want to save your money go anywhere else it’s $85 just for an appointment used to be $90 and every other clinic around is 50-60 they aren’t any better then the other clinics and can almost never fit you in for at least a week or two out. I also once called in because their new vet couldn’t fit us in but put us on a cancellation list so I called them to see if they could squeeze us in they did and 20 minutes later the new better vet called saying they had an opening. So I called Cascade right away literally 20 minutes later to cancel said appt and they took a deposit of $85 and refused to refund it. This place makes up reasons to get you to come in, won’t fill perscriptions unless you make an appt, insist of expensive unnecessary tests anything for that bottom line. They care about money not your pet go anywhere else! When I told the receptionist I was never coming back she smiled and said, great I hope so have a good day!
