We had a wonderful experience purchasing our bed and sofa here with Bethani! She answered all of our questions and helped us make well-informed decisions. She never once made us feel pressured or pushed a sale on us. And everyone else at Cascade we interacted was equally as kind and earnest. We love our purchases and are glad to have picked a local business that really cares!

Helped my dad find a new lift chair quickly and easy. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, we knew what we want and we got what we wanted with no hassle. Delivery was quick and professional. Parts turn around on repairs for his other chair havent been as great, and I deduct 1 star for the 1.5 months my dad was waiting for warranty part for his other chair.

Cascade Furniture and Mattress is the place to go for service, price, and delivery above and beyond what you would expect. I bought a new mattress for the bed, delivery was outstanding, discovered the bed was now too tall for my disabled husband to get in and out of easily, and they switched out the box spring to a shorter one without any questions.Be sure to stop in and see their new display rooms--they've almost finished a major expansion at the same location with double the space. Can't wait to browse the new art and furniture.

After visiting ALL the local furniture stores and scouring MANY furniture websites, we chose to order our new sofa from Cascade for two reasons: 1) The excellent, friendly service from Kirby. Kirby is a gem. She's knowledgeable, patient, and fun. She took great care of us on both visits to the store, helped us order exactly the sofa we wanted, including fabric choices. Though we were quoted 8-10 weeks for delivery, the sofa came much earlier. So pleased! 2) Cascade carries the Stanton brand, which is made in Oregon. We liked knowing that we were shopping fairly local. We would definitely return for future furniture purchases!

Countless times, I called them and ask them questions about different furniture and wall decor. All they want to do is talk about the sale I don't get information they don't reply to emails but they will call me one time and then apparently I drop off their list.

When looking to redo our living room, we happened on Cascade Furniture and looked no further. Their quality and variety were better than most other stores. The ability to see and sit down on furniture was welcome in these days of everything online. But, where they really shine is in their design services. Doris was incredibly helpful, even making a trip to our home on the coast to ensure she picked just the right styles and upholstery to match our vision. She helped us create an extraordinary room that makes me happy every time I walk through. I’m thrilled we found Cascade.

If exceptional customer service is important to you, then Cascade Furniture should be your first stop We had an Ekornes Stressless chair for many years. The seat cushion springs broke and the foam was dried and crumbly. We thought it was a lost cause. However, because the structure and leather were in great shape, we searched for local companies who could repair these chairs. Enter Cascade Furniture and the amazing Bryan Kyllingstad, who is their Operations Manager. Bryan got to work right away searching for a solution. He contacted the Ekornes factory in Norway and discovered that they still made parts for our model. He ordered the parts directly from Norway and kept us in the loop all along the way. All in all, it took about 2 months for the parts to get here, but only an hour to repair the chair. They also went the extra mile and repaired some other parts that we didn't even know had issues. THAT is what I mean by "exceptional" service. It has been a looooong time since I have encountered such a professional company. It is refreshing. Cascade Furniture has a customer for life.

We just bought a sectional from Cascade and we are loving it! The quality is phenomenal and I know this piece will last us a long time. We worked specifically with Kirby and she was fantastic. Kirby is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She went above and beyond for us, her customer service is exceptional. It was not a pushy sales experience whatsoever. We look forward to purchasing more furniture in the future. Thanks again Kirby for all of your help!

Sales people are pushy and can't take a hint. We told them multiple times that we were just browsing, but they wouldn't leave us alone. We ended up leaving after 5 or 10 minutes.
