We needed some quick action at the tail end of my client closing on a home in the Salmon Creek area. I called and got a hold of Jewles and Was impressed by her willingness to jump into action and make things happen for my clients. I’m a local real estate agent that believes that it takes a team of professionals to bring good things together. Everything was excellent from the measurement technician down to the install of the carpet.
Cascade exceeded my expectations as well as my clients. They felt that they got a reasonable fair price and beyond excellent service.. I by all means will recommend them again.

I rarely leave reviews, but, I felt like Cascade Flooring America went consistently above my expectations, so I thought I would share.
We worked with Jeff who was a great communicator. He gave us helpful information about our options and he also gave us the space to make up our minds. When it took us a while to make up our minds we had a bit of a time crunch, Jeff knew this, and when our flooring arrived in Vancouver he helped expedite the process by driving the boards himself! He drove several hours north to the shop that would make our custom stair treads. Jeff totally didn't need to do that, but he went the extra mile to just make it that much faster for us.
When Vladimir came to install our floors he was a one man wonder! He was so cheerful and pleasant to be around and he moved everything himself! He even put felt sliding pads on EVERY piece of furniture after he finished the floors. He was just great to work with.
I was very impressed with their consistency in quality and customer service. Throughout our experience it felt like they went the extra mile.

We chose Cascade Flooring America in Salmon Creek as we were referred by a friend who was happy with their work. Well, to say we’re also happy would be an understatement!! The entire process was smooth and easy. From being greeted by Samantha when we walked in then we were lightly guided, as in no pressure, by Scott(I hope that’s right) and ultimately Ross was our contact person and was he ever great and full of helpful info. Scott was too, but since we were referred to Ross, he was our point guy. So, we chose our flooring and suddenly, BOOM, new fancy floors were in! Ray was the install scheduler and a pleasure to chat with as well as he easily worked around our weird schedules. Yesterday was install day. Jay and Dan were the installers and both were friendly, professional and full of knowledge about their craft. Also, both were fun to shoot the breeze with. Both of those guys busted their humps and got our project done fast. Not in a rushing way. In a focused highly skilled way. They removed the base boards, old carpet and pad, installed the new pad and flooring and reinstalled the baseboards in half a day!! So awesome!
We have more flooring projects coming up and we’ll most certainly be using Cascade Flooring America in Salmon Creek again.

We had an amazing experience with Jewels at the warehouse. We were able to pick out everything we needed for flooring, tile and carpet and she knew our style and taste which sped up our process and she made sure we were comfortable with everything! Thank you so much for making sure this experience was so enjoyable and that we made choices we can't wait to live with!!

Casey was very helpful in just giving information, without it even being something his company directly handles he was more than happy to help and just provide value as a professional. I Also just had my entire home painted from their materials and the paint turned out amazing.

Update: The company did reach out to correct their issues.They revised the scope of work and added an additional discount to their quote. They still ended up as one of the finalist, but I ultimately decided to go with another company as I was more comfortable with their timelines.
Original: Company is the worst. Email them for a bid to rip out carpet and install new flooring in our new house. The plan was to have the flooring done before moving any furniture in to help speed up the project so they wouldn’t have to keep moving big furniture around.
It took over 1.5 weeks to respond. Finally got a hold of them and had them come out to measure and see what we wanted done. 2 weeks after getting measurements, I get a call saying they’re that they forgot about my quote and will get one to me on a couple of days. Now 2.5 weeks later I’m still waiting to hear back. Of their work is anything like their customer service, please avoid!!!

I have to say, I had the best experience with CFA, Kevan is amazing...not only is he knowledgable about all the products. He was so patient and helpful working with me and helping me find a great LVP my HOA would approve. Then the floor crew showed up. Kenny, Matt, Jay, Dray. (sorry if I spelled wrong, or missed anyone) , so great!!! helpful, kind, respectful, they did a supper job. Everything looks spectacular - I could not be happier. So blessed. Beyond my expectations. Thank you.

Did a floor for me a few years ago, missed dates to install and floor already needs to be replaced, wasted thousands of dollars on a floor to just do it again A few years later.
