I recently had a Tetra lazer treatment from Dr. Foltz-Cook, she and her staff are amazing. They made me feel so comfortable as I was nervous. She and her assistant Kristen gave me great aftercare instructions , she even called to check on me afterwards.I also have received botox injections from her as I get migraines from reading, the injections have been life changing.I highly recommend Dr. Foltz-Cook.

At 46 years old I decided it was time to give my skin a little love and attention. I am fairly new at cosmetic Botox and have had a few treatments over the past few years at various locations but haven’t been consistent. My experience with Cascade Family Medicine Aesthetics has been hands down the best. Dr Foltz-Cook and Kristen took their time to give a thorough consultation and answer any questions that I had. The procedure was relatively pain-free (especially compared to others I have had) and I am very happy with the results! No more elevens between my brows!! I was so impressed with the practice that I booked an IPL facial treatment as well!

Folltz-cook is a crooked doctor! She and her staff push botox for Migraine headaches, ordering and charging your insurance then telling patients the office did not receive the botox delivery, when in fact I called my insurance and distribution company for the botox, they told me it was delivered to cascade medical and it was signed for 5 days earlier! I was also told that this is a constant issue with this doctor by the distribution company for botox. I questioned this, Sheryln Foltz-Cook became very defensive, said "I'm not sure what happened to the delivery!" That she would look into it. I didnt hear from her after that day, 4 days later she had one of her staff call, they refused to fill my medications that Foltz-Cook has prescribed to me that must be to taken everyday or I will become ill without it. I had been with the cascade medical group and under Foltz-Cook care for over 4 years and was treated very unfairly. Constantly having to pay out of pocket while having great insurance, finding out cascade medical group and Foltz-Cook never even tried to bill my insurance over and over again, Be careful Sheryln Foltz-Cook seems really helpful nice don't be fooled.

I have been going to Cascade for a few years now and can attest to how exceptional Dr Foltz is. She really has an “eye” aesthetically and does a fantastic job achieving balance and symmetry in her work. Kristin is also amazing and makes me feel super comfortable (and gorgeous) every time! 10/10 recommend. PS the VIP package is totally worth it

Doctor Sherilyn Foltz and her medical team are amazing! I always feel comfortable when going in for a treatment. Doctor Foltz and Staff are knowledgeable and professional. I’ve visited many injectors in Vancouver Washington and have yet to find anyone who provides a similar experience and better results than Cascade Family Medicine. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional experience with medical staff who treat you like a family member I highly recommend you book an appointment with Cascade Family Medicine.

Top quality experience, especially for a first timer! Had a microneedling procedure done, and the staff was so knowledgeable and accommodating. The results are beyond my expectations! I highly recommend them if your looking for a professional and pleasing experience! Definitely will be back!

I've been a patient of Dr. Foltz and Dr. Foltz-Cook for the last 4 years. Generally speaking I have found them kind and compassionate while giving the frank advice that we all need from doctors.However, recently I came into the office and not a single employee was wearing a mask, at the time it was unclear if masks were required in medical settings but most establishments wore them anyways. I wore my mask as I had an unvaccinated little one at home and took extra precaution. When Dr. Foltz entered the room he literally said "I think vaccinated people who wear masks are id10ts". That kind of statement is absolutely unacceptable. If he was trying to calm my nervousness about COVID, calling me an id10t wasn't going to help anything. If he was trying to convince me that masks aren't helpful, calling me an id10t wasn't helpful. I continued to wear my mask for the duration of the visit. At the end I asked him to educate me on why I as an "id10t", which he attempted to say that transmission of COVID by vaccinated individuals was very unlikely. What harm am I doing by being extra precautious and wearing a mask. He also warned me to not vaccinate my child. Not two weeks later the CDC issued updated guidance and highly recommended that even vaccinated individuals wear a mask.Not only was his comment rude, but it was not based in scientific fact. His advice and guidance could have put me and my family at risk. Regardless of the actual facts at the time, calling me an id10t is unacceptable. I will never be returning to this office.General office "policies" also drive them additional revenue for no purpose. To receive your blood test results you are required to schedule a second visit to learn the results, even before you know if they are positive or not. Other offices give you results the same day over the phone without a second charge. They also require you to come in every three months for on-going prescriptions, this is not a state or federal requirement but rather a policy of the doctor. I get that some on-going review with the patient is needed, but every three months for years and years for the same old medication seems excessive and designed to drive more visits than required.

I have been going to cascade medicine for over 3 years. Cascade medicine provides a courteous and painless billing and scheduling process. However Dr. Foltz takes his time to understand and to sincerely diagnose what may ail you. Medicine is a practice, and I am grateful to be in the care CFM.
