Didn't even end up signing up. Person who greeted me seemed to know literally nothing about the business. When I asked about their personal trainers said they aren't in on the weekend. They have no information on hand about their trainers or how much they charge. Their website says there's a free pass to try it out, he said I needed to meet with someone first and pointed him out at a desk but there was a literal line formed. He said it takes about 20 min per person on average and there was 3 people in line. I am not sitting for an hour just to sign up. Time is money and apparently this business doesn't understand that. I asked what the monthly charge was and he said 70/mo, so I said just give me that and I'll come back on Monday and figure out the trainer business. He said that I still had to talk to that guy before I could sign up at all. Sorry but I'm not giving my business to a place that wastes my time. Literally walked next door to planet fitness and signed up within 5 minutes and was working out. Guess I'll just need to search for personal trainers elsewhere.

I love Cascade at Fisher's Landing! The staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, the atmosphere is amazing (happy, chill vibes), the group classes are great, and the personal training has been doing wonders for me! 3lb of muscle gained, 13lb of fat lost! Thank you guys!

Loved that they finally put bright lights on their parking lot! Happy to see their remodel is done. However, the women’s bathroom shower has a broken shower head for a year and 8 months since I joined and it’s never been fixed. They need updated lockers, someone to clean and sanitize the women’s bathroom every 3 hours, and get some heat in the locker rooms because it’s way too cold inside. Other than that, the rest of the gym is great and worth the money.

Great remodeling and updates. I just wish it would be open a bit earlier on the weekends. AMs are great times to workout without the after work/school rushes.

Called to see what their membership prices were since they're not disclosed on the website..$70 a month. Holy cow! No thank you! The fact that you won't even give a price on the website shows you how ridiculous the prices are.
