Racheal my Service advisor is amazing. Always keeps me updated. I have been coming to Carr GMC for a decade now. And they by far have the best service department. I also feel like they are honest and fair pricing!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I went through the trouble of making an appointment and driving 2.5 hours to see one of their used cars, after the test drive, we agreed to purchase the car, only to be blindsided by a gal named Sheri who claimed there was an extra $299 theft protection charge on top of the price. After asking to remove the charge, she got in a bad and rude mood and asked me if I was requesting a $299 discount?( which wasn't the case since the theft protection is not mandatory in Washington Sate) She refused to remove the charge and offered to add the $299 to the vehicle value ??
If you are planning to visit this place, be aware of being treated in a rude and unfriendly way. The employee at the financial office isn't any better. I would've given them 0 stars if I could.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I really needed a safe and reliable car, Ian and Matt helped me find and finance exactly what I needed. Ian was extremely friendly and helped me to feel comfortable during the hunt for my new car, and Matt made the financing part a breeze, explaining everything step by step. I felt so cared for and the customer service was above and beyond. Highly, highly recommended!

I have taken my car to Carr since I bought it for every large mechanical repair and my oil changes. My Buick Regal has had a bit of issues and this last one was the absolute worst. I had cracked piston head and the engine was toast. I went to the them to get a price for it and asked if they could do anything to make the repair more cost effective. They quoted the repair and at first I was shocked so I had 3 other mechanics quotes it. I then realized that they were in fact looking out for me. I am very grateful to Carr Buick for their kindness to a very loyal customer. Ken in service has always been honest with me and I feel like he was very in tune with looking out for the best interests of each party member and coming with the best solution possible to help me to get my engine replaced. I am very grateful for him and Carr Buick!

Bought a used car for my son here in March, and it had a catastrophic engine failure hours after driving it off the lot. The sales management had it towed back and completed massive repairs without any argument or convincing on my part. Class organization now has a customer for life - I'll be buying my next new truck here and recommending them to others.

Came in for camera system failure and transmission shifter Mable to shift into Low. Required special maintenance technician appointment. Neither problem manifested while at dealer for repair and no codes were available.

I wanted to take a minute to give Jake in service kudos. Every time I go in with my 2019 GMC3500 he treats me amazing. He’s always welcoming, makes the process easy, he always has a sense of urgency, always communicates really well, and I always leave feeling like he went above and beyond. Good customer service goes along way. I highly recommend going in for service at Carr : )

Purchased a car and had such a easy going experience. Was apprehensive and a little overwhelmed as I was a first time Tesla buyer. Sheri Dickinson made this experience a easy one. Great service and had all my questions answered. Walked with me from looking, to finance, to driving off the lot. Would go and buy a car from her without any hesitation.
