I had a great experience with Carpet USA. In the showroom, they took the time to help me match a carpet that had been discontinued, and we came up with almost a perfect match. The estimator and installers that came out were professional and timely, and the finished product looked great. Definitely would recommend Carpet USA.

Carpet USA in Vancouver did a fabulous job, start to finish. This included help finding the carpet that best fit our needs and special ordering samples. The final result is not only beautiful and easy to care for – it also feels like we are walking on clouds. Don’t be deceived by what appears to be a small house in front of their store: Carpet USA’s business is behind that house. The showroom is spacious and loaded with carpet and other flooring options.
Our installers, Adrian and his assistant, were exceptional. Both have a terrific work ethic: punctual, extremely hard workers, knowledgeable, proficient, meticulous -- and cheerful. Both were very respectful of our home and fully cleaned up after themselves. We truly enjoyed having them!
This was not an easy job: our log home posed a number of challenges. They labored as a team non-stop all day to ensure full removal of the old carpet, preparation of the subfloor, and installation of the new carpet. All was done to perfection. This included precisely cutting the new carpet to curve around multiple log edges. They also had to wedge themselves into extremely tight places underneath the stairs.
Carpet USA’s selection and quality are great; prices are very competitive (if not better) compared to “big box” chain stores, and the installation experience we had can’t be beat. We give Carpet USA our highest recommendation and look forward to using them again.

We just had our carpet installed and we couldn’t be happier! From the time we picked out our carpet to the end, we were well informed and our installers were so hard working, nice and cleaned up after themselves. We’re going to do the downstairs next year and will be looking forward to working with them again!

The sale of my condo and purchase of my new home went quickly. I wanted new carpeting in the bedrooms before move-in, and the big box stores couldn't help me. My son recommended CarpetUSA, so I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was helpful. Showed me available stock on hand, where I found the perfect color. They accommodated my quick need for installation the next week. The installer was great, and left me with a professional job and great looking carpet. I am so pleased with the look and quality and happy with the pricing. I would recommend CarpetUSA.

We wanted to shop locally in order to support local businesses. We are glad we did. The team Carpet USA are great, providing excellent and prompt service. It was wonderful meeting Bjorn, relative of the original owner. When he heard that the make and style of the carpet we wanted was no longer being carried, he went to his suppliers and discussed until he found a style that was close enough that we couldn't tell the difference. And the installation team of Frankie and Aden was top notch! They are affable, did an excellent job of installation, and thoroughly cleaned up after. These guys deserve High Marks! We recommend the whole team for your next carpet job.

I would give them zero stars if I could.These people were super disorganized, particularly when it came to crediting payments. They sent us a bill months later, and when we asked for an explanation they simply threatened to sue us if we didn’t pay rather than giving us any kind of itemized payment schedule. It’s understandable that we would want to get a statement as we previously had to demand that they credit our first payment as they “forgot”. Beware, you’ve been warned.

Carpet USA is an excellent company to work with and places a great value on serving its customers. Best of all, it’s a family owned and operated business that has been in the same Orchards location for more than four decades.We were having new appliances delivered to our home’s laundry room and discovered that because of oil & water leaks in our old washer, the flooring would need to be replaced.We had worked with Carpet USA before and knew they put a premium on doing quality work, so that was our first stop. The job went as follows:On Monday, we stopped in at Carpet USA’s warehouse and selected the vinyl flooring we wanted. We asked for an expedited installation because the appliances were due to arrive the following Friday. They checked their schedule and had an opening Thursday afternoon so we were penciled in.On Tuesday, Hilario arrived and measured the space and added a couple of ideas we hadn’t considered ( replacing the baseboard and installing a metal strip in the doorway separating the vinyl flooring from the hardwood in the adjoining family room). He emailed an official estimate an hour or so later. We found the price very reasonable for the work to be done and we accepted.On Thursday, Hilario and Adrian arrive early afternoon and removed the old washer & dryer to our garage. As they would not be needing to put the machines back, Hilario cut the moving charge in half. A small sum, but we saw it as a show of good faith.Adrian needed less than three hours to cut and install the new vinyl, baseboard and metal separator. It looks like a new room, esp with brand-new appliances installed, which happened on schedule Friday.Hilario and Adrian were great to work with and it was easy to see they both take pride in making sure their customers are more than satisfied when the work is completed.Would we hire Carpet USA again? We plan to. Our next big project will be recarpeting our house and we know exactly where we can find high-quality materials and higher-quality workmanship at a reasonable, fair price.Thanks.

Just want to share Carpet USA gave a great all around experience. Starting with Jocelyn In their show room. I showed her a color I was looking for in an affordable price range but still quality LVP and she delivered. Hilario who worked with us on the quote to make the deal. Topped of by Incredible service by Adrian and Miguel. These young men worked nonstop professionally and we're a pleasure to have around. And a time where it can be difficult to get good customer service these guys went over the top!
