Sandy, the owner, was so patient with us while we waffled on what color and type of carpet we wanted. She stayed with us after the store was closed on more than one occasion. Kevin, her installer, and his team were amazing as well. They kept us updated on timelines, and took their time to get the job done right. Our job ended up taking longer due to pet odors and squeaky floors, and they stayed until almost 9 pm finishing the job. Very good customer service, and very thorough work. Will most definitely use them again.

Got my carpet replaced today. The dude who came by was nice and respectful. But the installation itself is HORRIBLE! The tac strips are coming through the carpet so when you walk on it, you get stabbed in the foot. Secondly, there are hard little lumps (probably about an inch, inch and a half) underneath the carpet in a couple different areas. I'm not sure if it's just trashy carpet or if this could of been avoided through the installation. I'm not very pleased.

Sandee is the nicest flooring owner I've worked with so far. I've gone to multiple different flooring businesses for my home, and everyone was over priced, pushy sellers, or didn't care whether I gave them business or not. Sandee will go out of her way to find what you are looking for and she'll do it all with a smile on her face! I 'm head over heels with the way my floors turned out and will never go anywhere else for my flooring or backsplash needs. This place is absolutely wonderful!!!

would not warranty a defective product!! but offered to sell to me at cost !! Floor was only 3yrs old,, never mind the fact i have done numerous purchases from this business. Cascade flooring is the place to go!!
