They were wrong, they took away my refund and I had to pay separately. They charge you the same price for giving you a copy of your taxes as it costs to do the taxes again.

A complete fraud, they stole my documents, they never processed my ITIN, they charged me a lot and thanks to them and their bad work, I had to pay the IRS. I absolutely do not recommend this place at all, they only scam you.

The receptionist was very rude towards my father. She used a lot of profanity and mentioned that she would not assist any of his family members either while the other front desk girl, was laughing. So unproductive and on top of, they don't know AT ALL what they are doing!!! They messed up my taxes, my brothers, and my dads. Screw this business!!! They also charge clients differently. They charged me 75 for my appointment. My brother 170. My dad 140. It's all by preference and the Latino community should stand against this unprofessionalism! Please go elsewhere. Save yourself stress!

This place is horrible. They charge 150 to do my taxes completely wrong. Last year I went to them, I was told I owed 670 back. Well once I paid it the irs sent me a letter with a check with 300 dollars back. Telling me I owed less than what I had payed. This year I still tried giving carmens tax the benefit of the doubt and tried filing with somebody else but, turned out to be the same story. I ended up not filing with them, I mean they don't even ask if I had done any donations or payed any collage courses or classes. Just horrible and for a bonus the lady's seem to be in a pretty bad mood all the time. From one struggling college student to another please don't go here to do your taxes, they'll just stress you out making you think you owe more than you do.

Did my taxes last year here and still haven’t received them, called the irs and they said they did not receive anything from me and also since I filed for business they were late because I was hoping they turned them in but I guess not had to pay 1200 to the irs because the people at carmens tax did not send them in on time (they never even sent them to begin with) don’t recommend this place unless you like to go with people that are still training

Dont go there. Dont!!!!! Bad customer service! Unprofessional. They tell you one thing on the phone and when you get there the story is different. We saw more people complaining in the reception area!! Do not recommend. I give them 0

Since I started my business 8 years ago, Carmen has been guiding me about the taxes in my business. She is a great person, professional, and very courteous with her clients. She has guided me in what could be all the expenses of my business making me aware of everything I use and do not claim. When I have questions, I email her and she emails me back to answer my questions. I really recommend Carmen, she is very professional in her work.
