Did taxes here, unprofessional, rude and spiteful . Apart from that they messed up my taxes now I’m paying an arm and a leg to have then fixed. Happened to my friends too. Now they go to Wayne’s tax solutions . They’re just very unprofessional and petty

They were wrong, they took away my refund and I had to pay separately. They charge you the same price for giving you a copy of your taxes as it costs to do the taxes again.

A complete fraud, they stole my documents, they never processed my ITIN, they charged me a lot and thanks to them and their bad work, I had to pay the IRS. I absolutely do not recommend this place at all, they only scam you.

Very bad service, it was the first and last time I went to this place they did my 2020 taxes and I had to go to the IRS now because my information was incorrect ? when I called to tell them they did not help me and I paid it was not free their responsibility is to serve to the client because they made the mistake of putting my wrong information ?

Very bad to start with, the lady who works in the office, rude, arrogant, answers very despotically, if not she likes to serve people, I had to listen to her criticize clients, then they did a horrible job, they didn't send my information but I asked, I was still waiting, I have to look for a work that we like to do well I do not recommend this place

Please do not do your tax return in this place, they are very unprofessional. They changed my appointment three times and the day it finally came to me they told me that it was not at that time as it was later.

The receptionist was very rude towards my father. She used a lot of profanity and mentioned that she would not assist any of his family members either while the other front desk girl, was laughing. So unproductive and on top of, they don't know AT ALL what they are doing!!! They messed up my taxes, my brothers, and my dads. Screw this business!!! They also charge clients differently. They charged me 75 for my appointment. My brother 170. My dad 140. It's all by preference and the Latino community should stand against this unprofessionalism! Please go elsewhere. Save yourself stress!
