Attention to detail and looks out for the customer. Trevor took care of me when I brought my truck in for an alignment after having to get new tires. Ended up needing to replace several components that were end of life which caused my tires to wear out premature. Been riding smooth and quiet since.

Very unprofessional. Did a lot of unnecessary holes in my Jeep (had to replace parts). Charged me $1500 for the alignment and ball joints, but still had to go to another shop to fix their job. I Do not recommend

Took my wife's van in for an alignment and a noise in the front end while making slow turns. The first time they didn't hear the noise so they didn't perform the alignment which I greatly appreciated. They were so good about finding the noise. They test drove with me and where very dedicated to fixing my concern, before charging me for anything else. This is THE place in Clark county for alignments!

I love Carl's Alignment! I went in to have my car checked for an Alignment and clunky noise in the back. They were able to point out a couple of things that I need to fix before my alignment can be done! So awesome to have a good honest mechanic you can trust! ❤️???

I needed my struts replaced on both the front and back of my car based on another mechanics recommendation. Visit carls and scheduled a diagnostic visit on a Friday, the price was reasonable and a bit less than was estimated. My car rides a lot better now!! This has been a problem for at least a year and within 3 weeks, My car is fixed, wish i would've known about this place sooner. Trevor was attentive and very communicative throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

Only great things to say. Friendly, informative, finished on time and on budget. I thought my Sequoia was toast after getting broadsided square in the back tire. Trevor replaced the axle and found some other suspension issues that needed addressed. It's in better shape now than it was before I got hit.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Discount tires messed one of my wheel studs up so they gave me this place as a place to get it fixed. First I really didn't want to use this place the hours of operations doesn't work for me but Discount tires says there the only ones we use. So I took a day off made app to drop off early in morning in hopes I get it back by lunch. Long story short I was out walking the area to get a Bite to eat took my last stop at the donut nook to kill time about almost close 3hrs pass still don't ser my car going in the shop same place I parked it. So I walk in asked for my keys and bounced. Pulled up to Discount tires says I will not do business with these guys and they said fine just show receipt from another shop and they will reimburse me. Wasted PTO day from work to get nothing accomplished. Hopefully at least all the convient stores I walk to around that area and bought a mega million ticket I will at least get lucky and win than ill buy this place and turn it to another donut shop.

Body shop would not align my Mustang after being repaired cause it was too low. Had to find an alignment shop on my own. Called around town and was finally directed to Carl's for lowered cars. The team was great, clear, honest and on it. They ended up finding that the control arm and steering tie rod were still bent during the alignment. They let me know, ordered the parts and billed my insurance and made it all easy, and they also reduced the camber on my wheels. Nothing but good things to say, will be back when it's time.

It’s always a pleasure doing business with Carl’s alignment. They’re knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. Got a new set rear gear and pinion installed on my Mustang as well as an alignment. The gears are working flawlessly and no whining and the car drives straight. Would recommend this place to anyone

I replaced a few steering components and took it in to them as they were one of the only businesses that aligns RVs. They took the time to explain one irregularity with the vehicle, test drove it, and gave me some instructions for the future if needed. I couldn't be happier with the care they took with my 31' RV, and their care in educating me as a customer. A+!

Call asking to see if they can help me with an alignment for a WRX and the person who answer the phone said "they won't touch it because someone else shop did the installation" and hung up on me. Very professional!
