This place is a joke. First your supposed to get a $30 discount on the monthly payment if you get your pet spayed or nurtured and complete pet training. That would be nice if you ever get these training or the operation scheduled. They never call back, then when they don't provide the service they promise in the contract, they won't give a refund and pretend that they can't call back because there communication system is broke down. BULLSHIT! A communication system error for 4 months at least is simply not possible unless they are deliberately not fixing the system. Any hospital without a functional communication system isn't a hospital anymore, it is a death trap for your pets. Stay away from this fucking place. it's a scam. And since the nurses and doctors all know that it is a problem and don't do anything a out it, then they must be in on the scam. I know it's hard to believe UT what other explanation can there be? There isn't any other explanation except that they are all in on it amd they just don't care. I thought it was to good to be true but I gave e it a shot and I am getting fucked by these thieves. STAY AWAY, DONT GET THIS INSURANCE. It's been 3 months since my dog had hospital blood test, no results yet, no call back to my messages left asking for the results, no call back on my requests for a nurturing appointment, I can't even get a call back about Mt complaints. They just hide behind the law and the Porylsnd Police. Good shiled there, don't mess with Portland cops, they are all trigger happy pukes that only care about there hair and who's paying for the next round of bullets. If they were good cops they would be arresting the scammers not helping them.

I was in hospital. You cared for my pug Frank Pugsley. I'm so thankful for your kindness and compassion and the care you gave Frank. Since Frank is diabetic you had to give him his insulin shot twice a day. Thank you Hannah. I could heal without worrying about my baby boy care. He's going to be 20 this year. Thank you

Customer service was poor and I really disliked that they would have to re-chip my cats. My cats have their own chips already inserted in them and there's no reason that I'd have to re-chip them so that Hannah pet hospital would own them

Unfortunately the service at Hannah has taken a nose dive the last couple years and is no longer a worthwhile investment for my Golden. I use to be able to see a vet at the Portland location when needed about once or twice a year and service was very good. Most services were rendered by usually a tech and interaction with a vet was frequent. Now, I have not been able to see a vet for over two years and have been trying to schedule an appointment with one for three months without success! The manager says she will call me to schedule since they don't have a vet there every day but never does. I finally decided to cancel my contract with Hannah and that took five days and leaving about 10 messages to even have someone return my call. At this point I cannot recommend Hannah Pet Hospital and would suggest finding a good vet you like.

The coverage is good, service is horrible no communication, if you have an emergency with a pet you are on your own, they never answer calls, or get back to you in regards of test results or how your pet is doing in general. Had an emergency with my pet and didn't get a call until 5 days later unacceptable

We have had our dogs with Hannah for over 10 years. We love Hannah! Our dogs have been very well taken care of, We have always received great care, even with end-of-Life for our kids as they aged. I have been in many of their training classes (for free :) and they have been great. I am especially excited about Emily as she is a Brilliant Trainer with patience, wisdom, knowledge, and compassion. Our dogs LOVE her and we look forward to seeing her every week as we are have Tremendous results!

I have put a negative review about the customer service at Hannah. With that being said, there are two employees that I find amazing. That would be Sarah and Dominic. They treated me with nothing but respect and care for Oliver. I am a manager myself, and they are great and need to be recognized for this! Thank you so much you guys for all your help from the beginning to the end.

Took my dogs there three times for various appointments and NEVER met the veterinarian once... NOT ONCE. They model their facility like a hospital but there's something wrong with the hospital if you never meet the doctor... The staff was friendly but impersonal, seeing me and my dogs a paycheck rather than a patient. Considering how much I paid monthly, I would expect a but more attention to detail and quicker service. In the end, I don't think Hannah Pet Hospital is a good investment and would NOT recommend them. AND, read the fine print, as they charge $450 to END your contract... but they only tell you about this fee AFTER you've signed up... very shady practice if you ask me...

poppy has been the most amazing behaviorlist/trainer for my Corgi, Maple. she has changed our lives at home and I could not have asked for someone so accepting, upbeat and kind to work with me and my dog. We just love you, Poppy!

Took my 12 yr old small breed dog for a full blood panel on Monday, November 14th and I still have not received my labs. Hopefully, my pets don't get sick cause I can't get my pets vaccinated! I have called weekly trying to get the results of my dog's labs. I wish this establishment was better working with the humans! If you miss a payment the staff will no joke call you 12 x in a day! I guess I should stop paying so someone will call me back! I guess I will keep reviewing Hannah pet until they respond to me!

Our experience with Hannah has been nothing but disappointing. Our wait has been over an hour the last few visits that only took 2 minutes. They constantly run out of our dog's prescription medications and forget to call us when they said they would.

I found a kitten on an adoption website and had the misfortune of running into the Hannah system. I was told I was signing "adoption papers", little did I know I was signing an impossible to get out of, expensive contract for subpar veterinary care.In the three years I've had my cat I have never once gotten notice that the monthly fee has increased, but it's increased by about $30. Getting an appointment takes 2-3 months and phone staff vs in person staff will give you different info. On the phone I was told I HAD to pick up my cat after 7, in person I was told I HAD to pick up my cat before 7. I have a job so I can pay for this expensive veterinary care and can't just change my schedule at the drop of the hat. While waiting there were a bunch of big dogs in the waiting room, barking and running around. I asked the staff to request that people calmed their dogs down as it was scaring my cat. They acted like I was being annoying and did nothing. My cat didn't get seen by the vet because she was too freaked out to come out of her carrier. The last time she was seen by a vet was a year and a half ago and the next appointment they're willing to give me is six months from now. Sorry, I'm paying monthly, one check up every two years is ridiculous!I've now called to cancel twice, apparently the first time they didn't write down that I wanted to cancel on my account. I will fight them to the end because I'm unwilling to pay a cancellation fee for their subpar service, but I know it will be exhausting. This service is terrible. Stay far, far away.

They implemented a new discount for flea and tick medication which is great for hannah users, but not so great for the employees when they didn't anticipate the amount of orders! While it took awhile to hear anything after I requested the medication, Lexi reached out to confirm that my order was in their queue and that they were waiting for a new batch. She also confirmed my address at the same time, to save time if any typo/incident occurred during shipping. Kudos to Lexi!

Be careful, they killed my dog here. Just for a teeth cleaning procedure and her heart stops? No warning of risks for anesthesia. Just awful. Communication is so terrible, and not very nice staff.

If I could I would but 100 I would totally dissatisfied with the services I received from hand with the pet Society. I took my dog in originally thinking she had a heart condition. They told me she was aggressive, which she is not loves people dearly the minute she gets to really know you well she's all over you and in your face and so before they had actually denied her services they had put her on 550 it was a 50 mg tablet cut in half and you gave her half the night before and half the day at two hours a day at and then because they were going to have her come back in about 2 to 3 days they decided because of the little problems that they had and they didn't tell me exactly that they wanted me to dose her with a 50 mg tablet of trazodone twice a day until she was seen and she was so groggy and out of it she slept for. I want to say a good 3 to 4 days before that medication was totally out of her system. They did a series of the puppy shots. My dog is six years old we had had a run-in with Pavo at the location I live so we started shots and then the shots went well and they came back and said they wanted to chip her. I said I would rather not they said well all Hannah pets have to be chipped, so I said OK and then they bring her back after they put the chip in her and said we told you she was not a Hannah pet not to come back here again so they called me said that her seizure medication was ready to be picked up and the night that I picked her up the doctor said that she was not a Hannah pet so since I gave her medication I went ahead and tried to make another appointment made the appointment went and they gave her as I said her shots. Her rabies shot the Bordetella and then they were trying to figure out why I would wasn't being seen by a certain doctor, which was a cardiac specialist, so I was at the appointment for the shots. The lady that was working with me originally was a very wonderful person very kind giving and then by the time the appointment was nearing it's and a different nurse came and had Stella in her arms who is my dog and I told her she could just put her down but she was all but trying to jump out of her arms. She was stressed out to the max, and she was very rude and unprofessional and said you were told she was a Hannah, but that she wasn't a Hannah pet and I was not to come back well that very night said very rudely you were not I had she's not excepted as a Hannah pet she we will not ever see her again and you need to leave now and never come back so she did not been denied her medication's for seizures that they put her on which the doctor tried to say that I denied the medication and I didn't know such thing now we got this shot series going and they said she needs to come back in 3 to 4 weeks to finish it up. They will not continue the shots on her said that we're gonna have to try and get her into a different veterinarian provider and they were refusing her her seizure meds and I talk to somebody and I said you know I don't think that's fair. I said you guys started on seizure medication and now you're denying her the ability to be able to come in and be seen by you guys and that I feel you should provide enough seizure meds for her to be able to have medication until I can get her into a new provider. I am a widow I am on a fixed income, and I don't have the funds to be able to go to specialists and stuff like that, and my daughter was paying for the Hannah pet insurance and I thought it was my saving grace it turned out to be not the saving grace, but the worst absolute horrible nightmare of her skin could ever go through, I highly suggest that nobody take their pets there because they are rude and unprofessional. I hope this information is valuable to some people. If not all the people who read this review I just can't say enough that they are not an acceptable pet hospital and please, I beg you never take your pets to these people.
