Bought a new Platinum Elite that is in unusable condition because of an out-of-the-box problem. Attempts to contact Caddis have resulted in zero response. Appears they have zero customer service after the sale is complete. Sorry I bought from hem.

I bought a Mountain Summit Gear tent from REI in 2016. The poles broke but the tent is still in great shape so I called Caddis to see if they had replacements. Even though the tent was discontinued, they were able to find the poles and are only charging me shipping. Great customer service!

Well, I actually bought a Caddis float tube second hand from a Facebook garage sale type page. The only thing wrong with it was the filler plug was missing. I contacted the company and was blown away by their customer service. She sent me the replacement part free, even after I admitted it was a second hand purchase. I paid for shipping which was quite reasonable. The quality is there and it looks great. I won't hesitate buy from them in the future. Highly recommend.
