Best beef jerky anywhere, bar none. So good it has become our Memorial Day tradition. If I forgot to get it, I would probably have a mutiny on my hands. Real recognizable meat, just enough spice. The rest of their meat is amazing. The best country style pork ribs, very lean (for pork). Their sausages are so, so delicious. I have never had a subpar cut of meat from there, ever. Their value packs are just that, a terrific value with great cuts of meat. And the helpful staff is beyond compare. I drive up there from Scappoose and it is worth the drive.

Bad customer service. 3 or 4 people behind the counter moving incredibly slowly, getting in eachother's way, with a packed store. Stood today for 10 minutes waiting and gave up. Top Choice meats is a bit far away but worth the drive!

The Hickory bacon is top 10%. I am originally from the south and have had a hard time occasionally finding good hickory bacon. This is the real deal full of flavor with the perfect balance of salty and smoky. It cooks nicely with a full colored appearance.
It is the best hickory bacon I’ve found in Portland and I’ll be trying a lot more of their products. The shop is clean well staffed, and very reasonably priced. High-quality all around.

An epicenter of beef, chicken, pork, sausage, jerky and all things meet. I'm on the search for the best sausage in the land. I picked up a hot link and a jalapeno cheddar link. Everything is well displayed. Some is refrigerated, some of it is frozen. There's an adequate amount of parking. Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars. ✌?

Classic butcher shop vib from the moment you step in the door. Friendly staff greets you and a number dispenser gives your place in line if busy. Enjoy shopping from a good 40' of displayed meats and another 40 or so of frozen items. For me this visit was for hot dogs, buffalo jerky sticks, and 80/20 burgers. All delivered with a smile from knowledgeable counter staff

I have been frequenting Butcher Boys for the past several years now. The quality of meat is unmatched anywhere else. Recently, the customer service has improved greatly due to new management. I really appreciate that they can now answer all my questions, give me cooking advice, and information on the different cuts of meat. There high quality meat and customer service is the reason I’ve kept coming back.

Awesome customer service. I went in there and the manager Jason helped me with everything I needed. I’ve gone in there before and the previous manager gave no time or attention to the customers but Jason was all over it and happy to help. Great experience!
