Definitely recommend! The trainers are great. They keep you engaged and challenged, and also ensure that classes fit everyone regardless of individual levels and abilities. Classes are 45 minutes so they move quick and fit your schedule, but you leave plenty tired and happy you came.
Burntown Fitness is a personal training studio that offers one on one and semi-private personal training. We also offer nutrition planning and coaching for private clients that would like to focus on their daily food intake.
