Called right before their office closed, they answered my questions & didn't even seem irritated at me for calling so close to closing (some places avoid phone calls 5mins before closing, to be fair). Still need clarification on a couple of things (like how does a first payment work?) but that's more likely that I didn't ask when I should have or was just something you wouldn't think to dumb down ???♀️.

Safe and secure via the coded access gate. The owner works hard to maintain the property and the grounds.

Have a covered rv spot here for the last few years. I love the convenience of having a clean dump station on site saves me time when we come back from a camping trip at a place that doesn’t have facilities. Only complaint is the gravel which tends to get my rv all dusty.
