Do not get a boost line. They refused to cancel my second line for three months. They refused to refund me for the charges for the months it was not in use. When they turned it back into a single line the said I could have the single line rate. For the next two months they kept making excuses about how I needed to pay the family plan rate until the next month when it could be changed. Three months later they tell me I will need to continue to pay the family plan rate because it was activated as a family plan you can't change it to a single line even if there is only one line. I explained it was activated as a single line and changed to family and I was told they could change it back. They tell me I can only change the plan in store but in store they say I can only change it if I call. What a scam! All other no contract carriers charge a fraction of what I'm being charged. They will lie and give you the run around then hang up on you. DON'T FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID.

I have taken a phone to two different Boost mobile stores to get a pre used phone activated. The phone still sits idle on the fireplace mantle. Second store we took it to the guy was very nice and really tried to help but...

Received excellent customer service from Stephanie! Give this girl a raise because she is really hustling for Boost and took the time to make everything right with my new phone. The store is real clean and parking is easy and up close.

The owner, jenny lee, of this location is an embarrassment for all of boost mobile. She should try competent employees rather than leaving an irresponsible teenager who simply didn't want to be bothered because I interrupted whatever he was doing on his phone when I walked in, as the only employee there. Refused to help me SWITCH TO BOOST! Unbelievable. She told him over the phone what to do, he still refused. She then tells me she's using her right to refuse service on me. For what?? Trying to BECOME A CUSTOMER??!! Ludicrous. Absolutely insane. Hey boost...better start paying better attention to your representatives.
