I think it's easier to get an appointment with the president than to deliver to this place. Very limited hours 9-12 delivery and if you miss your appointment next available is 3-4 days out. Be careful delivering here, if possible please avoid this place at all costs. DO NOT BOOK ANY LOADS THAT DELIVER TO THIS PLACE.

I called and asked for a paint draw down. The person on the phone did not know what that was and told me I had to come in to order paint. I came in and spoke to another person at the paint counter, who also did not know what that was. I explained and brought an example with me of what I was looking for. I was advised if they mix paint I would have to buy it and I said I’m fine buying the paint provided they can give me the draw down. They mixed the paint and then told me they did not have anything to put it on for the draw down so I told them I would not pay for it. A third employee got involved at that point, I showed them my physical examples, I showed them the definition of a draw down on Google, and advised that even though they mixed the paint they had not provided me with the product I asked for and so I left. I called the Sherwin-Williams around the corner, they knew exactly what a draw down was, they took my color, and advised me it would be ready in 24 hours and I could pay for it when I picked it up.Train your employees to know terminology for their products. Also train them that if they can’t provide the product a customer has specifically asked for not to do half the work and expect people to pay.

A bit tight, I have a 260 inch wheelbase which was probably the culprit of my problems. The place is not easy to find if it's your first time because the entrance doesn't look like it's an entrance at all. If you have the opportunity to get there late night it might save you a headache (I missed the entrance the first time).

Quick unloading. Entrance is on Fourth Plain Blvd. You want to drive behind the two buildings. If your appointment is at 10am, don’t come too early. Maybe 9:30am because they aren’t fully open.
