I can't say I've been inside this branch very often. I'm pretty much an exclusively ATM customer for all my banking needs. This location on Mill plain is a convenient ATM spot. I can't jump off and back on Mill Plain and be on my way I'm minutes. The only draw back is the lane to the ATM is faulty narrow. If you have a bigger vehicle it could be challenging negotiating the entrance and exit.

The teller, Missy, handled a very rude and disrespectful customer with the utmost care. Never have I seen a veteran act this way. I was in front of him in line and let him go in front of me because he is a veteran. I am glad I did. This man basically brought this poor woman to tears as he was leaving. I assured her she did a great job and to keep her head held high.

This Bank of America location is great. The staff working there are amazing, they are very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the services that they offer. This location is not busy at this time since it just reopened recently and it's a great location to visit for all of Your Bank of America needs. The personal banker Ellen M. Is amazing she is always very friendly and very helpful. She is always a pleasure to work with on any Bank of America banking needs.

My experience with the teller inside was top notch but there is no drive thru teller. The machine has been removed and there is a cone blocking the lane.

Atm ate my deposit and broke and only counted some money and the location is closed so I’m not sure what to do? Do they count it to give it back to you? I know it was around 300-400$ and it counted only 200$ before breaking. Do they give you back your money

I've been a Bank of America member from 2015 and my father from 1998 and every Bank of America in the state of Washington have been closed I recommend you guys start opening your banks because I've seen some of your workers and tellers and managers out in public because I've seen them before and worked there for many years and are out in public but you cannot open a bank of America financial center so I can withdraw money because I don't believe in touching technology because I have all teachings and I rather have another person withdraw my money sets guarantee through them and not through a machine I have many issues with the machine and I rather give a job to a financial Teller then I machine and Azore create work for them and they say it's Covid policy but I see them out and about in the city. Remember we put our money in your bank you better start open up financial centers or people are going to start withdrawing their money when they can't get help and to not do mobile banking because it shouldn't be my thing to do mobile banking you should be the banker's job to help me do my banking in person

I visit this bank branch very infrequently, and every time, it's been an unnecessarily unpleasant aggravating/time-wasting experience in some way. You won't get loans from these people if you know what's good for you.
