Amazing experience!
My 22 4 runner looks the way it did before the accident!
Quick turn around time and not once did I have to reach out for an update
Hannah was my estimator and customer service representative and listened to what I had to say when it came to my vehicle and repairs and she met all my standards
The vehicle looks amazing and is cleaner than I left it!

Im so glad i chose bacon collision. My car was repaired and color matched to factory. The staff were so friendly to me and Joel and Hannah answered all my questions while Judy updated my repairs. The owner even paid for my car to be detailed !!!

From the very first phone call to completion of service to the car we had nothing but excellent customer service. Bacon just finished fixing up the passenger side of our SUV after we scrapped it in multiple places backing into our parking spot. I keep forgetting which side they worked on, as they both look like new now. Great customer service, handled all the insurance interactions, no games, no delays, couldn't be happier. 5 solid stars all the way in all categories.

Bacon Collision and its employees are professional and friendly starting from the time I walked in and was greeted by the front desk receptionist, Judy who was friendly and patient as she answered all my questions. Thank you Judy ! Then the technician - Johnny who was assigned to my Land Rover, he was very thorough by keeping me posted on the progression of the repair work. Excellent job Johnny! The finished product from the employee handling the "Detailing," blew me away, the Land Rover looked - BRAND NEW!! Thank you ALL @ Bacon Collision for the excellent service ! I will surely recommend your business ! A very happy customer....

Bacon Collision are the best!
I suffered a slight rear-ender which broke both light bulbs and holders of my rear license plate lights. After a quote of $115 OEM from Kia dealership, I took it to Bacon. We diagnosed the two burned out bulbs ($8 from AutoZone across the street) and some minor plastic damage. After I bought the bulbs and determined that the wiring was intact, I took it back to Bacon yesterday. In five minutes, they shimmed and glued the slightly damaged plastic bits back in place for no charge! And I had a Coke for free while I waited.
I hope I don't need them again but accidents happen.
I'll go there first. You should go there first, too.

Bacon did a great job from getting my car scheduled pretty quickly, providing an accurate estimate of how long the repair would take and did a great job with the actual repair. I would recommend them & I would use their services again in the future. The personnel were kind, informative & got back to me when I had questions.

Bacon collision did such a great job! You can’t even tell my car got hit- they took care of everything with ease!
I drive a VW id.4, and with it being an all electric vehicle I was nervous about getting repairs done outside of the dealership. Bacon Collision made the process painless, they were so reassuring and so easy to communicate with.
I fully recommend and will come back!
