Best framer in the PNW! We’ve been using Aurora Gallery for many years and are always very happy with their work. Great customer service - will take all the time you need to find the best mat and frame for your art. The UV70 glass is phenomenal, and I highly recommend opting for that.

Walked into this gallery with my dtr and friend. My dtr liked one of the paintings and asked to take a picture. The sales clerk proceeds to tell me that it's illegal to post their art online. Thank you for the legal advice. Next time I need a copyright lawyer, I know where to find one!

Aurora Gallery has framed several pieces for me over the years. They have a large (in some ways overwhelmingly large) selection of frames in a variety of good-quality materials. They also have a nice selection of matte choices, should your work require it, and different types of glass, from common window glass to anti-UV, anti-reflective glass for maximum preservation and visibility. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. They even throw in free picture hooks so you needn't rummage around or make a trip to the hardware store when you get your artwork home, which is a nice touch. Prices are not cheap, but then even cheap, junky frames are expensive and difficult to find nowadays, and the workmanship by Aurora is very good, and justifies the cost. They have also proven adept at framing some oddball pieces for me that are not normally considered "art," so don't be afraid to challenge them!

The framer is a wonderful man, funny, genuine, and good at what he does. The owner is a lovely person to talk to as well. They have a rotating selection of always interesting art. Really cool pottery too.

I was on vacation in the area with the possibility of moving to the area and stopped in here as the second gallery as an artist to check out and was shocked at how friendly the young man was and how willing he was to explain what they offered and about the work. It was appreciated.

In the past I was always thrifty in my framing decisions. In decorating our new home, our designer suggested we have our decades old woodcut prints by a good regional artist reframed by Aurora. The difference was phenomenal, in some cases transforming the entire room. They always got it right, enhanced but never overpowered the original work. They wanted photos of the room to make sure the frame size was right for other things. They are kind, expert, not the least bit snooty, and offer a great discount if you do 3 or more pieces. One of the best decorating choices we could have made. I would never go elsewhere.

What a great gallery! They have wonderful art on the walls and some unique and beautiful jewelry as well. The currently featured watercolor artist is pretty amazing. I recently brought an original pen and ink piece to Susan for repair. There were multiple areas of noticeable creases, and I was desperate to have it somehow fixed. I was so relieved that she felt optimistic, and it was looking almost good as new by the next day! And for a very reasonable price! I'm so grateful and happy....she saved something with a lot of sentimental value to me. Highly recommend!
