This experience was beyond incredible, we just lost our son a few months back and ozzy the store manager just sat and listened to my story and made me feel so comfortable! Ended making our day with our new devices, please if you need someone to listen to you or need phone help, go see Ozzy!

I have never done a review before, so it would take something or someone truly exemplary to get me to do one, and that is just what happened when I went in today to trade in my phone. The only employee working, Alexander (I believe it was his name), was exemplary. He is easily hands-down the nicest and most easy to talk to employee I have ever interacted with anywhere. He knew what he was doing and was also very professional and, again, very easy to talk to. I will 100% recommend people go to this location over any others.

Susan and Sarah were a phenomenal, and a total light in a really difficult transition. Had to get an entirely new phone, and number after splitting with a long-term partner. Their customer service was above and beyond, the store layout was clean, welcoming, and Halloween themed at the time! For a stressful situation for me, they were extremely calm, professional, fun, and straight forward with the services, plans, and contract deals. Thank you again for all your help, pleasure working with you both!

Dominic the manager was so patient and knowledgeable. I had a billing issue and was very upset. Dominic thoroughly explained each line in my bill to help explain the situation.

I'm blessed from the great service and information I received about firstnet service for first responders. I'm going to spread this knowledge to all first responder, reserve and active duty military, definitely recommend applying.

It was a 100% wonderful experience. My representative was, very welcoming, pleasant, knowledgeable, and made me a priority. 10/10 would recommend visiting the NE Thurston Way AT&T location.

I walked into the store, and Sarah immediately asked how she could help me and she helped me get the data transferred over from my old phone. Helped me get a new case for my new phone and screen protectors and car chargers, and everything that I needed and she knows her products extremely well And I appreciate people like Sarah who truly enjoy her job and line of work because she’s very knowledgeable!!

My phone sim card went out randomly. Sarah greated me with kindness and professionalism. She could not perform the fix due to me not having all my info, but she did get me a sim card to call into At&t for the fix.We won't get into At&t call center or their issues.... This store should give lessons to corporate!!!

I had an unfortunate experience with this store. The people I worked with seemed very nice, but when my bill showed up I found out I had been completely misinformed. I asked to add an Apple Watch to my plan which I was under the impression would be $7.50 ($10 + military discount.) I ended up receiving a bill for $96 for a number that I thought was fraudulent. It was my understanding that the watch would be connected to my same phone number, which I now realize is not how it works, but I did not understand this when I came to the store. They told me it will be $7.50 + tax, that's all. They didn't say anything about adding an additional line for a $35 activation fee. I also found out they added $14/month for insurance, which I would not have agreed to if they had asked. They charged $28 because they charge a month in advance. I am now stuck with a large bill of unauthorized charges. I have tried speaking with the phone representative about this and they lowered the bill by about 30%, and could not understand why I was not grateful for them going out of their way to reduce the charges. It is frustrating that I told them I only authorized $7.50 and they feel I should be pleased that they lowered the amount to $60. I just wish this store could have explained these charges to me when I came in so that I wouldn't be blind-sided. It also would have been nice to know I had a new phone number. I currently would not recommend using AT&T. I think T-Mobile is probably a better option if they still have the "no hidden fees" policy. Now that I understand the extent of hidden fees that other phone companies have I realize how valuable that policy is. I hope this store will be more transparent about informing customers what their bill will look like in the future.

This store is absolutely amazing. Brenden and Mark really went above and beyond to help me. I won’t go to any other AT&T stores for the rest of my life. They were fantastic.

I wanted 5g, they sold me lte card for $ 66, thrown away money, a scammer deceives people to sell something faster, I will never come back here again, you will kill your business yourself, people will deceive you here, be careful, they don’t care about their reputation, the main thing is to take your money
