I would agree with the previous reviews that this office is highly unorganized. The support staff is all kind, but there’s no communication regarding appointments, bills and medications. When I call for a refill they never know my dosage for my medications, the billing is a mess and they don’t contact you. When my original doctor left this practice, I also did not receive notice until I arrived for my appointment. I would suggest looking for another family care provider.

On topic all my needs with great referral doctors to specialists. Always personally gets back to me. We can’t control others that work for us but Dr Jackson personally responds and takes great care of you. IVery happy with Dr Jackson.

I came here today after finding Dr. Rick Jackson on the Blue Cross Blue Shield provider website. When I made my way into the exam room, a nurse practitioner entered and informed me that she will be conducting my wellness exam instead of the doctor. She mentioned that if I wanted to see the Dr. Rick I would have to join their "VIP" program. I was dumbfounded! She proceeded to explain the purpose of the "VIP" program was to keep Dr. Rick's patient pool small so he can provide better care and attention to each patient. I informed the front desk after my appointment that I will not be returning. See attached pictures from their website that states the membership fee of $150/month or $1800/year to see this doctor. If this was mentioned during the appointment booking or even when I was filling out my new patient paperwork I would've never let them charge my credit card for this visit. Now I've used up my one annual exam with my insurance and I need to wait until next year before I can attempt to establish care with a primary care physician.

Dr Jackson has been my doctor for 25years. He is very caring, knowledgeable and friendly and I never have a long wait getting in to see him. I highly recommend him. He is with the MD VIP program now and worth every penny!! A+

After getting a run around about how their clinic works and extra monies for alternative medicine options I asked to see a regular doctor and I had my insurance verified and they wanted $100 up front for "potential co-pays and it would be a credit on my account" I said well I don't have $100 so I guess this isn't going to work and she had nothing to say. Absolutely unprofessional and sad excuse for a medical clinic!

We love Dr Jackson and his staff. They are always so friendly and helpful. Dr Jackson is a very happy, compassionate doctor and makes you feel comfortable no matter what your medical need is. Definitely have referred others and recommend him as a general medical doctor!

We only went to this doctor because of dispersion!! (Long story short) My loved one went from taking one half of suboxone a day from another doctor to three strips a day with Jackson. He also gave my loved one a months supply. This is very addictive and a big seller on the streets! I have great Ins. as well yet I had to pay him lots of money because he takes his time and gets to know you, lots of doctors will already do that for free!! Don't go to him. He is fake and just in it for the money!! No star here!
