so i had a flat tire and gieco called this company to pick up my car. they said they will be in hour . we waited 4 hours every 30 min we call they kept saying 25 min . worst experience ever. i guess gieco works with any random towing company and don't see how their service is. highly disappointed but i guess i have no choice.

They were schedule to arrived after 50 mins of request 3:30 pm . After an hour and half of their time I called and call center advices driver was stuck at traffic and it would take an additional 20-30 mins. Well after 1 hour and 20 mins driver calls keep in mind At this point it's been over 2 hours since arrival estimate time.Driver tells me he's just heading his way and it would take him 45 mins / 1hour for arrived. This place is a joke, they are liars and just lie to gain business.. but not mines. Stay away!!! You will be thankful you did ... if I could give zero stars or negative I would

Terrible Experience! I had my car towed but they did not disclose any rates or pricing, even when asked. Weeks later, we received a bill for $450 for the 2-mile tow. Apparently they don't charge a hook-up fee and a per mile fee, they charge a "Port to Port" fee ($280 + tax per hour) including the time when they left their office and the time it takes to get back. They were unable to justify the 1.5 hours that they said it took. We called around and most towing companies charge around $100 for the hook-up fee and $2 per mile after that which makes ASAP's rate 3-4x higher.I spoke with them face-to-face at their office about why they were charging so much more than other companies. They said they were just charging what they were legally allowed to charge (the maximum allowed by law) and that their prices were clearly posted on their office window (which is not very helpful if we aren't at their office).If you are paying out of pocket, I would avoid this company at all costs.Service: Car towing

Last week had my tiny car towed by Brandon to get my tire repaired. Brandon was very helpful, communicative and efficient. I felt relief that my car was being handled by a professional who takes their work, and my time, seriously. If I need a tow again, I'll look here first.Service: Car towing

Nick was awesome! He had my vehicle parked in front of my house less than an hour after i called the roadside assistance number on my insurance card. We didn't actually use this company for a tow. Our Mercedes blew a tire in Seattle and for some reason they tried dispatching ASAP for help. When I saw they weren't anywhere near us I called. The super helpful guy I spoke to let me know what to do and we were able to take care of the issue ourselves. We so appreciate his help because he didn't have to. Thanks ASAP!!!

Nothing but good things to say about Fernanda who came to my rescue. I had a dead battery over the weekend and I got it replaced but it was installed incorrectly at the place that installed it. I needed to get my car towed to a repair shop to figure out what was going on. Fernando gave me a call to let me know he was on the way, got here so fast, and asked what the problem was. I explained the situation and he asked me to pop the hood. He immediately figured out the battery wasn't connected fully and helped me get it going. I paid for a jump but I probably saved somewhere between $250-$500 that I would have spent for the tow and the shop to fix it, and the ubber to pick it up. Thank you Fernanda for world class service. You ROCK and made my bad day a good day! I will definitely use this service again if I'm in a jam.Services: Battery

DO NOT USE! WORST TOW COMPANY. My boyfriends trucks had a sensor go out which made his 4 wheel drive go out in the snow unfortunately making it so we couldn't go up the hill that was on either side of us leaving us stuck. I called my insurance and they booked asap towing. When initially booked at 5 pm it said a tow truck would be to me in 2 hours. WRONG. Called the tow company again and proceeded to tell me that it'd be another 5 hours. WRONG AGAIN! Called again since still by 5 am no one has showed up or called and then told me it'd be another 3 hours after already waiting 12 damn hours for emergency roadside. It's a damn joke. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

NICK WAS FANTASTIC! Nick was amazing at his job, he was so courteous and knowledgeable. He called before arriving to get a feel of the situation, he very quickly came up with a solution and went over it with me. Once he arrived he quickly went to work and solved the problem for which I needed a tow in the first place. He saved me so much time! I don’t normally leave reviews but this young gentleman truly deserved it. Thank you Nick.
