The customer service was very helpful and friendly. He gave me good advice on how to change the part out and helped me order the right parts. I will definitely keep APW bookmarked for future orders, too.

Have ordered twice through Alan there. Super helpful. Several things I was thinking of he explained how I didn’t need them. He gave me (because I’m new at PW) advice on how to best operate my PW and my surface cleaner (neither of which did I purchase from them). They are my go to for parts for sure…and advice.

Unbelievable customer service cannot say enough good things about the Vancouver location. They tried fixing my pressure washer while there. From the front counter service to Travis the mechanic keeping me updated and fixing my machine in record time.

If I could give a worst than one star I would!!! I looked up my model number and found the part I needed. I wanted to be sure before ordering that I had the correct part. So I called the business directly and spoke with a gentleman and gave him the model number he looked it up as well then he directed me to the parts page and said that it was indeed this part. I said okay I wanted to be sure that it was the correct part before ordering. He said yes and I ordered the part. Well it wasn't the correct part and when I called to question it they were RUDE and told me I refused to look at the parts page. I said I did look at the parts page with the person on the phone and he confirmed it WAS the part needed by confirming the model number. He was wrong and therefore has caused an extreme amount of frustration. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company!!!!

When my AAA 30017 Pressure pump began to spew water next to the manifold, I ordered two different kits to resolve the issue. I ultimately didn't need the second kit and returned it for a full refund - no questions asked. Dave was the parts employee and was very helpful in providing information related to the correct parts to order. The prices were lower than other parts suppliers, and my interaction with APW more than met my expectations.

I ordered a part from them recently which I thought was a little expensive but I couldn't find anywhere else. After I got the part It wasn't machined properly. After a few emails I was fully refunded.

I purchased a replacement starter recoil for my pressure washer easy enough. I received it installed it no issues but after a short time using it the pull cord snapped!! Emailed APW sent a picture and because it was well within the 30 days of purchase they replaced it! Fantastic company infact I just recently bought some more stuff and will do so in the future!!! Highly recommend
