Our friends referred us to Appliance Care as the thermostat in our gas oven was not working properly. Leslie got us set up with a appointment; Hubert was prompt, professional, affordable and got us taken care of. (Our stove is Canadian manufactured and we needed a new thermostat.) We highly recommend Appliance Care!

Hubert just finished doing an outstanding job fixing our fridge water line. He also reinstalled our fridge as well and did an amazing job. He is extremely friendly and professional. I look forward to hiring him again in the future.

Hubart was nice but we had an issue with something leaking under the sink right after he was fidgeting there while fixing dishwasher. When we called Leslie got grumpy immediately and they refused to come in and see what’s happening.

Herbert serviced our Speed Queen washer after it got jacked up during our move. He was courteous and knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly. A part was needed to fix it totally, but Herbert was able to fix it enough during that visit to stop the high pitch squealing. Herbert then returned once the part arrived and now the washer is running like new! Ask for Herbert, he is the man!

Hubert did an incredible job fixing my built-in double fridge. He even built a platform to be able to pull it forward and replace parts in the back of the fridge. He was nice and very professional. He's our go to appliance repairman from now on.

Hubert said he would be there by 10am. No problem, repair people are always late. Not him. He was there early and done by 10. I was ready to buy a new microwave but he said my model was worth repairing. Instead of $650 on a new one his repair was $208. A bargain. He also taught me technics to extend the life of it. This guy is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Start with the best.

Hubert at Appliance Care is now my "Go to guy " for appliance repair needs. He called ahead for the model of my washing machine and asked details of the problems. He picked up parts he anticipated needing before he arrived. He even came a day early, which worked for both of us. He did a couple of other things that weren't on the original service request, but shhh, don't tell the boss! He made my life much easier. I told him I would see him in 15-20 years when something breaks down again as I was so confident in his service repairs.Service: Washing machine repair

Hubert went above and beyond with our refrigerator repair. I decided to give Appliance Care a try after having spent $700+ in repair costs with another company that did not fix the issue. Hubert not only has a kind and relaxed energy, but he walked me through his findings and repair plan, which was very helpful. He tried to minimize costs and was creative with minor repair issues that came along side the more major issues. Additionally, he did his homework and came prepared, as he was not sifting through a refrigerator owner's manual like the other technician I had. Thank you again, Hubert, for your help! You fixed our fridge!

This Hubert guy doesn't seem to know how to fix cooling problems or just does not want to. He walks in and before he has even looked at the refrigerator to see what is going on he say's nope it cant be fixed. Well that was wrong, it was able to be fixed by someone else who knew what they were doing and it was very simple. He (Hubert) had no problem taking my $97.60 for the service call. I do not like being ripped off. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unless you have a very very and I mean VERY simple problem you have no hope with this company. It is sad to see skilled labor becoming a thing of the past!!!!! I think he is just lazy and only does the easy stuff and what falls within his skill set which is very limited. I will be reporting this company to the WA Better Business Bureau....
