Can no longer recommend this place. I've been bringing all my animals to this place since late 2017...5 different animals over the course of that span. They used to be incredible, and even though i haven't lived close to them for the last 3 years, I had no problem driving 25 minutes to see them. But over the last few months, something has changed with them. They make taking care of your animals incredibly difficult now. Things I've been doing with them for years they now call "illegal." And their prices have increased dramatically. Something as simple as a nail trim used to be $15. They increased it to $30 this year. I get inflation, but to double the price? And I've questioned sometimes if they even cut my dogs nails. There's been times where I'd get home and nails still look long. Even in spite of that, i was willing to continue coming here because overall, the service was great and they cared. But again, they've been very problematic over the last few months and I'm done. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Avoid this place. The level of service for the price is pathetic. They also don't love pets and animals like a vet clinic should. 3rd visit with my 80lb German shepherd, and they completely acted like they needed a muzzle on her the moment she walked in. Said it was their policy, yet not on their website nor ever done before. The nurse stood in the corner and handed it gently to my husband in a super scared manner, and WAS STILL HESITANT TO touch or treat her. Sounds like they have an issue handling dogs, as they also said they were sedating the dog next door foe behavior issues. Doubt it needed that. Called to complain, never git a phone call or anything. Stay away!

I took to clip my dog's nails, nope still super long. However, they charge me. Well, ask for a vet signature for insurance purposes. I did other services there. They said no no vet did not see, supervise but can not sign it. They were late, 30 minutes. I could not bill the insurance because no vet could sign it. My dog's nails are super long. For real! No not my dog again to this place. The girl said "Oh, I cut only the front nails, 4 weeks, my dog is on grass, how her nails can be short?

Best experience with a vet I’ve ever had. You can tell they really love and care for the animals. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They took the time to read my dog’s file before our appointment, and explained everything to me clearly. Good people work here! I will only take my pets to them from now on!

They were able to see a new client (non emergency) very fast, and work up a treatment plan for me very quickly. They walked me through probable costs and the different levels of care associated within then. Very reasonable in all aspects. All the employees I encountered were very professional and kind. I'm very happy I chose to consolidate my fur baby's care here!

This was our first visit at the Animal Care Clinic with Dr Pittman and her lead assistant Shaun. They were on time, detailed, thorough, and provided factual data to back up their recommendations. They both made the experience very relaxing for us and our Havanese Lizzy. Shaun went over all cost prior to our decision making process. We left feeling we had made the right decision choosing Animal Care Clinic and highly recommend them.

We have taken our animals here for awhile. Shane is one of the vet techs or veterinary nurses (not sure of his exact job title). You know how sometimes animal people arent the best people people? Well, not Shane! He is every bit as good with people as he is with animals. He is friendly, welcoming, and easy to be around. And this introvert doesn't say that about a lot of people!

I bring all three of my dogs to the Animal Care Clinic, because the care they receive there is top notch and affordable. Dr. Amy Pittman and her staff are amazing (shoutout to Shane) and I am grateful to have them as a resource.

I would give the place a 1star but I had a good experience with Shane and the other vet techs. The reason I won't be returning here is because of the front desk staff. While I initially thought they were kind (and always were to my face) they failed to hang up the phone correctly after I had called them and I was able to hear what they thought of me, my concern over my dog (they laughed and said I was ridiculous) and that I had the nerve to ask if I could come in last minute (I do understand they "have a life" but I was just asking about my options). I realize they deal with all kinds of us pet owners, and need to vent, but perhaps maybe don't do it at the front desk in the open lobby and make sure you disconnect your call first before you start belittling and making fun of your clients. In the big picture, what they did/said isn't a major problem and we all need to vent but I certainly cannot go back there knowing what they think about me and how they made fun of my genuine concern about my dog (who isn't walking on the leg, it's swollen and she is in pain). I gather this is normal for them because after making light of my issue, they spoke poorly about another client who was concerned about what to feed their dog. Just not feeling good about being their punching bag. I'm sorry I overheard it and would've gone back to them if I didn't know, but now knowing, it's just awkward and uncomfortable.
