Never used a moving company before, but was really impressed with how quickly the team moved while taking the utmost care of both my stuff and the places I was moving from and to. Strong recommend, would use again for sure!

We had a desperate, last-minute, emergency move, and our friends recommended ANC Movers to us. I called and spoke with Laura and it so happened that ANC had a last minute job change and they could accommodate us! A huge relief and to top it off, the team of Seth, Remington and Junior were wonderful - friendly, professional, strategic and careful with our belongings. They had to drive through horrible traffic, from Vancouver, WA to the Oregon Coast and had smiles on their faces when they arrived to unload. Highly recommend these folks!

I have used ANC for 3 moves and I trust them. They are efficient, careful and I am never stressed out about the move because I know they will do an amazing job. I am getting ready to move soon and will be using them again. Thank you guys for always taking good care of me. C u all soon and say "hi" to Carlos for me.

Best moving experience ever! I’ve moved at least a dozen times as an adult and this was the absolute most professional experience I’ve ever had. And we moved in two phases and both were equally good so I can say with confidence this company does a good job.
Very professional, willing to go above and beyond to make sure that everything is set up correctly, placed where I want things, etc. My items were handled with care, nothing was damaged, absolute professionals. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move.
Thank you for taking a little bit of moving stress out of the equation.

I hired ANC Movers on a Saturday (for a Monday move), to come move me from a third floor 1br1ba full apartment to a 2br2ba third floor unit in the same complex. I hired them for full service moving (boxing and moving everything), and only had them reassemble furniture at the destination. They showed up early, and worked hard for 7+hours to get everything done. Packed up, moved, reassembled and all furniture in place. I have zero complaints! They were perfect! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Edit: I hired them again (April 2024) to move furniture and boxes from an apartment to a storage unit. They were just as awesome this second time.

BUYERS BEWARE. I was taken advantage of as a client. I would NOT recommend this moving company to anyone.
Issue #1: Suspicious & Inaccurate bid
My original estimate was between $325.20 and $650.40 and 2-4 hours to move a one-bedroom apartment. The actual move took 8 hours and totaled to the amount of $1,300.
Issue #2: Hidden Fees and Fraud
It took the ANC Movers 37 min to drive 7.3 miles from the office to my apartment when on any given day it should have taken only 10-12 minutes. The timer begins when they leave their office so I feel extra time was taken so they could charge me more. There were also various hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront, including a long carry-free and an elevator fee.
There is a section on the contract for time off, but NO time was documented for breaks. I had multiple eye witnesses let me know that there were prolonged breaks taken during the move.
Issue #3: Lack of Communication and Horrible Customer Service
It was very difficult to get a hold of someone I could talk to share my experience of the service they provided. After finally getting a hold of the manager, Peter had agreed that $700 would settle the cost of the move.
To then send me to collections for the remaining payments without notice seems like fraud to me. A written agreement to this price should have been provided after the agreement had been made.
I had left multiple, MULTIPLE messages for the manager to call me back to discuss the situation and yet no one had called me back. Finally, I went in person to the office and was met with hostility. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Horrible to work with.

They damaged my belongings and tried to hide it, as well as some of my items were missing. When I informed the manager about it to file a claim, with pictures, they ghosted me. I kept calling and emailing, but they wouldn’t respond; I actually believe that they started screening my calls so that when they saw my number that they just didn’t pick up. This company of crooked! Don’t use this company if you value your belongings!
