I went into this store and charged $23.50 on my card at 1130am. About 4 hours later around 3pm they had an "additional ATM charge", as my bank called it,for the exact amount I spent earlier come off my card without me knowing it. Anyone knows you cant pull $23.50 from an actual ATM. Once I found out, I told them about it, showed them my bank statement and they refused to even acknowledge that I was telling the truth. They were extremely rude and uncaring. They refused to pay me back or even give me any time of their day. I now have an active fraud case through my bank against this store. They steal your money and don't care.

Don't use their gas pumps. So slow pumps 1 gal every minute no hike I time it.

Overcharged for cigarettes when discounted price on the door! Of course she conveniently did NOT give me a receipt.

The owner is dishonest and scams people with the prices not matching what they say. Check the prices she charges compared to the price advertised.

Lady working there this morning was extremely rude. For some reason wanted me to scratch a bar code on my scratcher to redeem it? Every other store just scans the code on the back? I'm disabled and she made me go stand off to the side to find it. Which I never was able to find, so then she did it. It took her about 3 seconds to do it so why not just do it? Also, she just charged my son $3 for a 20 oz diet coke? What? There were no prices listed in the cooler. Super super shady all the way around.

I went in to get some stuff for snacks for the kids. And the new bag law. The owner charged me .20 on the bags. With EBT it waves the fee and the owner got nasty with the attitude. Even the lady helping out was like yeah it waves the fee. I tried bringing in a reusable bag and got denied to bring it in.

Pretty wild that the restroom with the sign that says "for customer use only" is, according to the girl at the front counter, only for employees because she's apparently too lazy to do her job. Not to mention the not so subtle transphobia.

Came in around 12am and the older lady named Mary wasn’t wearing a mask there was also a customer in the store not wearing a mask... I ask her is she was supposed to be wearing a mask because there’s a clear sign that says all employees must be wearing a mask and she said I was working and my glasses fog so I don’t have one in very rude and inconsiderate of the community

I'm a local in the area and come to this ampm/Arco nearly every day. The employees here have grown a good friendship and bond with me. I quite often come here to just say "hello" to them. They're all very - very friendly, and funny!I recommend shopping here for your gas & Mini Mart needs & wants!

Pump didn't fill itself you have to hold it with hand all the time (fix the vacuuming) N1 pump I guess.. Not sure about others.

And the most important issue in this station. Employee was walking around the pumps with cigarette on in her one hand, and when I asked "hey is it safe to smoke here?" the answer was: "it's not gonna blow up" ! Hmm, my father is a sefety expert for more than 30 years. And this woman tells me what means smoking in gas station. Well, will try to fill in safer places with working pumps. Good luck!
