Absolutely top-notch customer service and workmanship from Dylan and his crew. He assessed the damage and got pricing to the insurance company quickly, got parts ordered and gave me a date that would minimize downtime with my work truck. He took on another small project I had for the truck that I had been waiting on for sometime and did a great job with it, too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alpine– – they took care of me and provided the kind of customer service we used to take for granted and rarely see nowadays. Dylan and his crew at Alpine went well beyond my expectations which is very rare these days. As a business owner I know how difficult it is to take on projects that might be a bit out of the norm but it is what people used to do to keep customers satisfied and Dylan bent over backwards to finish my project in a timely and exceptional manner. He was able to assess the damage on my truck, get parts ordered and get me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. The level of workmanship is absolutely superb and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Alpine wholeheartedly. Do not hesitate to use Alpine for your auto repairs. They take care of everything from start to finish. They arranged for a rental car for me and was in constant communication via text, email , and phone. When I had a hiccup with my own insurance company for repairs , they were on top of communications to get my repairs done and kept me in the loop and honestly going above and beyond so I was not handling it on my own. It is such a stressful situation getting car repairs and dealing with insurance, having Alpine in your corner is a major benefit. I chose Alpine based on their reviews - they are real and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their shop.
