Today, I needed boxes for packing up my late father's house. I stopped by Produce and was greeted by Abby as she was rotating and working fresh produce out. I explained what I needed, and she suggested I stop back by in a few minutes, and she'd have some ready. I did my shopping, swung back by, and true to her word, she had exactly what I needed. I have made this Albertson's/Safeway, my neighborhood grocery store. They have a lot of great people working there, from Lisa up in Self-checkout to Abby in produce. I've always received excellent customer service at this location. Thanks, Abby. You were a big help today!!

The store was very clean and cheery. The staff were very helpful in giving directions to the credit union within the store as well as retrieving items within the store for me to purchase.

Safeway consistently delivers the expected grocery shopping experience. During my recent visit, I found the store to be clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. The large selection of products was impressive, offering everything from fresh produce to a wide variety of pantry staples and specialty items.
The staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful, readily available to answer questions and assist with finding items. My original intention was to grab a freshly made bagel, but I discovered this particular location doesn't bake them on-site, which was a bit disappointing. However, that small hiccup aside, the overall experience was positive.
In essence, Safeway provides a reliable and familiar grocery shopping environment. You can count on a clean store, a broad selection, and a friendly staff. It's truly what you expect when visiting a Safeway.

I have been coming to this Safeway or the one on Highway 99 nearby. This one on 20th is my preferred one. I have had excellent service from the staff here. Most recently, the beef rib roast were sold out and clearly there was a sign at the beef area to indicate that. I saw there was a staffer or butcher re-stocking other meats on the shelves and I thought I asked him about the out of stock situation. He said they sell fast, all gone each morning, but he may have one last one in the back. What a gentleman and he came out with one roast! I was expecting an answer like come back later. At the self-checkout I had an item I knew was on digital clip discount and the woman there was so patient to try to clip it on my phone and account but that didn't work, so she said she will get it solved. She came back with the paper Ad and found the item which she scanned the bar code and I got my discount. Safeway weekly deals are the best. I may go to Fred Meyer or Walmart Superstore for one or two items, but the bulk of my grocery shopping is at Safeway with their endless weekly discounts. Thank you for the excellent service too.
