I was worried it would be an expensive fix, and it wasn't! Megan was very helpful. It was good to get the Lyft both ways. All in all, very satisfied. It would be nice to be able to buy a new Volt, but short of that, I need to keep this one running.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Biggest regret and huge mistake. I bought a 2017 Mitsubishi mirage from them April 2023. After owning it for 2 months my steering wheel started to shake if you went 55MPH or more! My tire on the front driver side makes any tire not round after a month. I had to pay $2k for wheel bearings, another alignment, and new wheels. The alignment was never done the guy said this car will never fully be aligned and the frame is damaged. My clutch and transmission is slipping and going out and I’ve called the service center many many times. “We can’t work on Mitsubishi only one person can they are hard to work on and learn” THEN WHY DID I GET PRESSURE TO GET MY CAR SERVICED FROM YOUR COMPANY FOR FREE but It was an extra $3k charge. My car also has a fuel system that isn’t working so I never know how much gas is in my car and it burns gas fast. It also brurns oils. THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER SOLD THIS CAR THEY NEVER FULLY LOOKED AT AND MADE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS FOR IT TO BE SAFE TO DRIVE

After other dealerships not taking initiative in helping me or only talking to my husband despite the fact that we were very clear that it was going to be my car, I ended up at Alan Webb. Jamie instantly took the initiative to work with me to get a car as well as treating me with respect. Something that is unfortunatley rare for women in car delearships even in the 21st century. She was completely transparent about the process so I didn't have to worry about and shady dealings on her part. I was willing to by my car from out of state (I'm an Oregon resident) just because of the good experience I had at Alan Webb.

I went to get a replacement key fob for Chevrolet recalled first and said yeah we can do that. We got thier and got the runaround the parts guy was nice no one really else was. And they wanted 180 and they would have to back order it. Today I bought a brand new 2023 Dodge pickup. Guarantee it wasn't from Alan Webb

I had a good experience. Megan kept good communication, so I knew my cars status. The service techs fixed my problem. Found out was actually covered under warranty, so issue I came in for was $0. I also replaced my filters while there, since they were getting old and I had actually been to not the dealership a couple months ago for oil change and that place was out of filters that fit my car. Megan and another staff member I talked to while there were both very nice. Also, when I got the phone call that my car was ready for pick up, they asked if I needed a ride and they sent a Lyft to pick me up.

I couldn't be happier with the purchase of my new Colorado ZR2.Bob Nodine was very helpful from the moment I arrived at Alan Webb Chevrolet. He even pulled out a truck off the showroom floor for me to test drive. I never drove that truck as the ZR2 seemed to be calling to me! I never felt rushed or pressured in any aspect of the sale and financing, which I greatly appreciate!! Top notch buying experience, great staff, great service! Sweet truck too!

The staff were very informative, but not pushy. I visited several times over a few weeks and each time they were patient in helping to answer questions. But we all know no matter how good customer service is, you want to know you are getting a good, if not great, deal. I felt they went above and beyond to give me a great value on my trade in as well as negotiating the price of the vehicle so that I felt I was taken car of very well and ultimately bought the vehicle!

When purchasing my brand new truck, sales was attentive, promptly contacting myself and my partner to finalize sale.Well since, my purchase, to be honest I'm disappointed in Chevrolet company. The service is bottom of the barrel. Limited staff available to work, even on routine services like an oil change. There's a 2 week wait to get recalled items to be installed. Always the run around. At time of purchase, we paid $12k extra for full coverage bumper to bumper for my 2023 Trail Boss 1500. Don't expect anything extra, as far customer service worst i went experience, no washing vehicle after a service, no vacuuming the floor mats. No coffee or tea while you wait.Oh,there's vending machines. The services was lame and disappointing. This is the last chevy purchase I will ever do.

I really appreciated that Alan Webb was able to get my car in the same day when it was having an active problem, provided me with rides so that I did not miss any work and unexpectedly took care of a recall repair while it was there. Thank you! I will continue using them for my repairs because they have always been trustworthy.

Travis was amazing at follow up for weeks leading up to the car arriving to the lot, he nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. We will definitely go back to them for our next Chevy.

What a joke this place is. I just called them FOUR times and they have no...zero...live people answering the phone. I got transferred by a bot to "the desk of" someone in sales first and then service. For some reason, they don't want to talk to anyone live. It's a wonder this outfit can even stay in business.
